I make this & I add 1/2 cup brown sugar & 1 cup white sugar 1 teaspoon
cinnamon in my sweet potatoes. It gives them a great flavor❤ I enjoy your cooking videos. My Daddy's Mother Momma Knight had 7 daughters & 4 Sons she taught my Mother & us all how to cook. She taught me how to make a homemade banana pudding when I was a/b 12 yrs old. My family Loves for me to make it on Sundays & Holidays. Growing up after Church on Sundays we all gathered at her big home to eat a delicious Sunday dinner. She nade homemade buttermilk biscuits every day of her life & always had her homemade strawberry grape apple & peach jellies jams perserves & sorghum molasses to go on her fluffy biscuits❤ She always had something delicous cooked to eat. She always welcomed anyone hungry to stop in & eat. She had a garden every year. She grew grapes & had apple peach crabapple & 4 pecan trees. She made the best pies. She Loved to cook for her family. I cherish these family memories & gatherings at her home. Since she passed its not the same.😢❤❤😊

I bet you could put the first cool whip mix layer in a piping bag and pipe it on in stripes, then spreading it would distribute it without bothering the pretzel layers as much. Just a thought, so love your videos, having fun going back and watching ones from before I discovered your channel 🧡🖤🧡

It would probably be really good with brown sugar in place of white sugar. Looks pretty. I do not like the canned sweet potatoes as much as fresh,but do eat them. The sliced frozen looks like the fresh cooked. Your decorations and display is so beautiful!! Such a warm, inviting home!!

A knife dipped in a little bit of water will help you spread the cream layer. Always works on cream cheese

Me too! I love how you make simple delicious recipes! I eat Cool Whip out of the container with a spoon and I find the store brands are also just as good. We have Safeway grocery stores in California and their brand is quite tasty! ❤

I'm "VERY" surprised that the sweet potato layer has no spice in it (such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, or pumpkin pie spice). Seems like you'd want it to have a bit of spice since sweet potatoes are a bit bland. Even some vanilla might be nice. ? ? ?
