Before you all run out and buy this headset, you should know that there’s a problem with it. When you raise the headset volume more than 50%, anyone in chat with you will here their own voice echo back. It happens because the headset uses cheap plastic around the mic. The mic picks up the sound coming out of the speakers. You won’t get this on headsets with different style mics like the H6PRO, PC38X and even the HyperX Cloud 2. It did it on PC and console in all the games I played. In order to make the headsets light they use this plastic that feels very hollow. Don’t believe me? Test it yourself.
Really? But hold on, is it happening because the mic is too sensitive and picks up the audio that goes out the headset, or ure refering to some "internal" problem, like the sound going into a place it shouldnt

I was debating on two headsets; The Corsair HS65 Wired headset, or the Official Xbox Wireless headset. I’m not necessarily looking for just convenience of the wireless, I can go without that. I’m mainly looking for the best sound that’s gonna help me play games like Apex, Siege, and Fortnite. I understand the Xbox headset has an EQ I can mess with but if the Corsair HS65 has better sound I’ll definitely go with that one considering it’s cheaper.
