Hi Kim, it's a shame about the obvious lines. I'm somewhat of a perfectionist unfortunately and I noticed it pretty quickly. Do you think it's because of the color you ran out of? Wouldn't Jamie have sent you some replacement drills? Other than that, it turned out stunning with all of the special drills and I can't take my eyes off of the main Lotus flower -- it looks illuminated from underneath. Great job with all of the specials. I commend you for giving it as a gift but do you really think you could do another one? I've given two away of mine but they are for my husband so they stay in my house, lol.
I am a perfectionist too! So yeah it jumps out at us. The lines are because it’s exactly where the row ended and new row began. I didn’t ask them to send me more drills. I prefer to use mine if I have them. So I can keep working. Lol. 😂 I definitely think I can do this one again. It worked up so quickly, and it was a lot of fun. I would wait a bit. Only because I have so many lined up already. 😅
I love how that turned out. Gaping is one of the problems when doing rounds. Most companies have gaping in the rounds and it is just frustrating, that is why I single place because you see it less. Just like people love to hear the click when placing squares, I like to hear it when placing rounds. When trying to fix the gaps I found that when I push them with a straighter that they will go back into the same place and that I have to actually take off the drill and replace it. I love the sparkle in this piece it’s just beautiful. Thank you for showing it to us. 😺
Hi Kat! I thought about that. I may have to remove and put back down those obvious rows. 😭 yeah I know I’ve had this issue before but was able to correct with a straightener. I’ll try the straighten and roll method and if that doesn’t work, remove and replace. 🙏🏼
❤❤❤your Koi is stunning!! I love all the changes you made to the canvas. I enjoyed sitting with you while i diamond painted and sipped my coffee as well. 😊😊 And i love your kitting down system. Had to add the dividers to my wish list, too! I can’t wait for your next video…hugs friend xoxo
Hello!! Thanks!! I had to use blue wax. Some times, if the putty and glue dot are old enough, I can use them. I found I was able to single place with my glue dot. But I had to multiplace the special drills with blue wax. Except the crystals. The crystals, I was able to use my glue dot and gorilla putty for the crystals☺️
I love Kois. Especially if you once see the big space between the drills, you always see the space. I have it right now in a square one. I am always thinking if I leave it and not finish it, but I will write to the company as well.... ❤ Thanks for showing it. Love the crystals in it.
Hi Reena, yes once you see spaces it’s hard to unsee them, you have to try to fix them. You have Koi in squares? I can tell you, I love Bella’s squares! They’re amazing ♥️♥️♥️
Overall, a fantastic finish! I adore the bling you added, and those that came in the kit. Bella Art has a few kits that I need to get. Hope all is going well for you.
Hey beautiful lady, greetings from Tennessee on this beautiful spring afternoon. I was listening to the part where you said you were having problems with gapping. After you try to get them to fit better and push them down into glue really good and you still have gapping, I recommend Mika powder. I got a pack of 24 colors from Amazon. It really helped on the picture that I did with my son’s custom made from Dreamer Designs. The black Mika powder will cover that up so they don’t seems so wide. I mean the gapping is still there but it looks better. I think I tried to explain to you, but failed on my part in explaining, that DD glue feels thicker and some what squishy. Not sure what glues Jamie and Nicole use. When I have drills that leave a gap,or miss-placed a drill or more, it was virtually impossible to move them with a straightener. I have to use the tweezers to completely remove the drill then replace it. Wasn’t sure if that was an option you wanted to try. Beautiful picture. I love the added drills. So sparkly! Blessings❤!
Thanks Danelle! It’s not so much gapping as the amount of space in the row. Which I guess sounds like gapping lol. But I think it’s different for rounds. 😂
Hey Jaime! I think it’s just from the contents between the rows. If you get enough bags in each row, it’ll keep the cardboard dividers from falling over. ☺️ if you don’t have enough colors yet. I would keep them in 1 or 2 rows and lay something against the cardboard to keep it from falling until I was able to create more rows. ♥️♥️ does that help?
Hello, I have just discovered you and wish I found you a lot sooner. I just love your video's and tips, thank you so much, you have a new fan in Australia. Going to try and copy your extra drill storage solution. Is there a video of how and where I get the folder where you mark off all your drills. Thanks so much - Angela
Hi Angie! Welcome to my channel ♥️♥️ thank you for watching and subbing. The list is from Etsy. It is less than a dollar 🤗 here’s a link: www.etsy.com/listing/1056623395/ Enjoy 😘😘
It's beautiful... make sure you sign and date your masterpiece before you give it away.
Haha. Maybe I’ll sign the frame with a silver tipped marker 🤔
Love the sparkle in this kit. I'm sure your masseuse will be thrilled to get it.
Thanks Linda! I hope she loves it ♥️♥️

Love how you kit down. I kept calling out during the video, “get rid of the budget diamonds!” 😂 loved that canvas!
😂 I agree. No more budget diamonds. ❤

Thanks so much! ☺️☺️🥰🥰
The Koi’s Amazing! ❤ Quick question when placing the enhancement drill’s were you using gorilla putty or something else?

Thank you Pam! They have a lot of great canvases! ♥️♥️
This turned out so beautiful. I hope they sent you more diamonds if the ones you ran out of.
Hi Marcella! I’m sure they would have, but I just used the ones from my stash. I didn’t want to wait for them to come in ☺️
Beautiful
Thanks Patricia! 💕💕

The cardboard in the middle of the rows, how do you keep them from moving around?

I was the winner of the gift card drawing and I sent you an email. Do I need to do anything else?
Omg! I didn’t get anything? I’m so glad you commented! Try again.

Maybe some dark gray or black mica in-between the rows to hide the lines?
I’m going to try the push and press thing first. See how it works 🙏🏼🙏🏼
