Hi coach, I would like to know what physical training the Soviet boxers did so as not to get tired in the fights. I personally get very tired even using the pendulum, thank you very much for your dissemination of the Soviet school of boxing. Greetings from Spain!
He explained this in a video. Stay relax, relax your whole body except your fist and your ankles. Have rigids ankles. Relax everything else knees hips shoulders, except your fists when you throw a punch. Work like that. Add cardio training and normally it's gonna be alright. But It's actually hard to obtain. Me, I worked since a year like this and it is still not the same fluidity than coach frolov or other pro boxers. I already knew how to boxe a little cos I did 3 years of muay thay.
Great video, thanks coach Frolov. Happy Easter everyone
Sophie is gonna be an assassin if she goes pro.
