@@rachelconnolly2723 I think it's because he knows the relief that comes with every crack. Some people are really crunchy and others not so much. Great cracks come to those who need it most. I think he feels proud when they crack loudly.
@Michael Gelbert Yeah, you're probably right. I've been going to the same chiro for 19 years and he has never quite had that reaction. I guess everyone is different.
Yes a pinched nerve hurt very badly especially when you've had it for years! Good that he was able to fix her, no one should have to be in pain like that! I wish 😊

I had a horrible neck sprain a couple of years ago and the amount of noise I heard when my chiropractor cracked my neck was beyond me. I started crying from the relief and honestly the noise also shocked me. 😢
Everyone should go to the chiropractor, its good health, and your body will thank you and you'll live longer,and pain free,also swimming is great too

I have never been as heavy as her but I was 40ty pounds overweight and I had issues. I lost the weight and lost the issues.
I have yet to meet a chiropractor or a PT that has been able to crack my neck or my back. Even my doctor and massage therapist cannot believe how tightly wound I am. I cannot even begin to imagine the relief this could bring!!
I understand! I get so tight that sometimes their trying makes it worse.
I thought I was the only one! Never had anyone be able to crack my back. Even had a chiropractor tell me that it was the first time in his whole career he had not been able to crack it.
I’m also a hard nut to crack 😂 so I have to go once a week. But what they start with is the deep muscle electric stimulation with heat for 10 minutes. Then he massages the muscles and stretches them for a bit. Once I’m a little looser from that he can get my neck to move a little. He uses the Y strap but just to decompress gently. Then each week my neck will move more and crack more. Sometimes it’ll flare up, lock down and not move. But he gets it to loosen up again

No, try not to crack your neck by yourself, because you may make things worse. You may do some stretching to decompress, but definitely that's different than the service a chiropractor will offer you.

This can cause a stroke I’ve seen it in young people. It’s more common than you think.

That's what I'm dealing with right now. left arm and hand tingles all the time. Wish I had a competent chiropractor around me to fix it. 6 appointments last month and man could barely get my neck to pop.
I wish more insurance companies would cover this. This is needed by almost everyone.

I've got mild scoliosis, chronic sciatic pain, a bulging disk in the lumbar region, pinched nerves in the neck more frequently on the left, arm and hip numbness while sleeping, and random times my left hand involuntarily flexes inward..

I have a pinched nerve it’s made my arm kill and my thumb completely numb on codine meds and sickness meds everyday waiting on hospital on what they will do to fix me, I’m hoping it’s this and not surgery

I've watched hundreds of these (mainly this bloke) but came across a chiropractor yesterday that said some of these techniques are seriously dangerous.
