Putting Russian imperialism back in the bottle is priority number one because if the world trading order falls apart because they engage in a land war to retake Europe then you will be poor in your future. A close second is reigning in militant Islam, particularly Iran and its proxies. As these two issues are so closely connected I count them as a single issue. China will expand it's sphere of influence but they are more interested in maintaining world order so they are more competition rather than an existential threat to Western democracy which both of the other two protagonists have as their only goal. None of the other goals such as mitigating climate change, reducing poverty, increasing women's and LGBTQ emancipation will happen if this primary issue is not dealt with first. Replacing Hamas with someone more interested in the well being of Gazan's and pushing Russian troops out of Ukraine are therefore the political issue of the day.
