How to widen the pool edge.

The complete construction of the swimming pool, which I built myself, is shown in the videos of my channel. The full version video of the swimming pool construction shows the entire construction process from design to final result in just less than one hour.

When you build your own inground swimming pool you have to dig a hole. I had outsourced the digging of the hole and pouring the concrete floor, but I did all the other work myself. The bricklaying of the concrete blocks for the walls, stairs and bench took most of the time. I liked the most fun applying the blue rubber paint. The most exciting moment was turning on the pump. Would the pump be powerful enough? Would the pressure in the sand filter not rise too high? Wouldn't there be a leak somewhere? Would the non-return valve work properly?

Fortunately, everything worked as I had planned and the solar collectors on the roof terrace also heated up the water very well. The building process, and everything that came with it, was of course quite an effort, but it was also very satisfying. That feeling was strongest when I took my first swim.

Many types of swimming pools exist. I did go for the pool with concrete walls and a concrete floor. Maybe you like another type of pool, e.g. an Alberca or inground pool or an icf pool or an intex pool, or an aufbau, It's your choice.
You can see the entire build of my pool by watching the videos I made during the build process. It is not a huge pool but in fact a tiny or small swimming pool, it can also be build as an spool or cocktail pool.
