Holy insanity, How in the heck… If you think you are a half way decent whoop pilot this is like thinking you would have a chance in the NFL and meeting a 6’8” 380 lbs lineman and realizing the pros are so far beyond anything you could ever achieve 10,000 hours to master anything my arse. Aptitude is real.
LOL
I wanna point out that all these pilots are very young, its like for every sport, age matters
I love your videos so much dude. It's so cool seeing someone that has been an absolute God of FPV racing sharing the exact same thoughts and feelings that so many of us have felt in racing events, and then sharing your personal mindset of how you deal with it with us. The community is blessed having you bring us this inside view into how you compete.
Thanks man, I appreciate the support!
Amazing video Evan! I love how candid and honest everything is and you elegantly captured the event imo! Great racing and I hope to see you again soon!
I appreciate that, congrats on the win !
This was such a great summary of brackets! Man you were really heating up as the heats went on
Catching up with your vids from whooptopia. Love the vlogs man, was so cool watching you make them live 😝
Thanks dude !! You were a fan favorite in them for sure :)
great flying dude!!! I'm stoked to see you racing whoops! 🔥🔥🔥
thanks man ! I love it so much
this isn’t really related to the video, but i have to say-i kept seeing people talk about Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane in comment sections everywhere. after weeks of wondering, i finally decided to read the book, and i get it now. it’s not just about wishful thinking; it’s about learning how to truly focus your energy and align it with your intentions. it’s made me rethink so many things about how i approach life.
Great vlog/journalism on Whooptopia, Evan! I never get to see it from this perspective. Couldn’t quite afford to make the trip with Proximo this year but this makes me want to give it a go!
🙏🙏
Would love to see you next year!

i know this isn’t related to the video, but i kept seeing people talk about the book Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane in the comments of so many videos. at first, i thought it was just hype, but i gave in and read it. honestly, it’s been a game-changer. it’s not just about “thinking positive”-it really breaks down how to align your energy with what you want in a way that feels real. seeing little shifts in my own life now, i can see why so many people swear by it.
this might be a bit off-topic, but has anyone else noticed how often Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane comes up in video comments? i finally caved and read the book, and wow-it’s worth the buzz. it’s not just some feel-good advice; it actually gives you tools to focus your energy and make things happen. it’s subtle at first, but then you start to see how much of a difference it makes in how you approach your goals
Here before not sure!! :)
Got him!
Dangit!
So dang intense!
Couldn’t agree more
It was so fun to watch the whole stream.. Wish I could have been there, even just spectating..
You should come next year!
@headsupfpv definitely going to try.. It's always a great time watching you fly IRL..
i know this has nothing to do with the video, but i kept seeing Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane mentioned everywhere in comment sections. i was skeptical, but after hearing so much about it, i decided to give it a read. honestly, it’s not just hype. the book teaches you how to shift your energy and mindset in a way that feels natural, and it’s amazing how much it changes the way you see your goals and the opportunities around you.
Not the slap😭😂
😭😭😭😂
👊👊👊😉💯🔥
Surreal to see you racing with Porkchop but can i have him back soon please? We miss him at our races!
lol! He should be back soon and fast as ever!
I think whoop racing this weekend has made me realize that I actually hate everything about drone racing, except for the actual flying.
I'm not a graceful loser, and getting knocked out early is not fun.
luckily someone made this track in open class size on velocidrone.
I think formats that allow for pilots of any skill level to compete against people of similar skill level is the way to go. Which basically is not double elimination. Ivan has a very cool format he uses in Texas
💯🔥 🆒️ COOL 🆒️ 👊
That's HOT! Unreal hanging out for the weekend bro 1am waffle house vibes all round!😎
We’ll definitely do it again 🥳
Insane action. Nice flying!!? I saw the winners whoop, but what is your setup? Whoop, googles, batt?
I’ll do a video on it!
Hey, saw you there man. Didnt get to talk to you. Next time for sure!
Absolutely!!
Watched it all live. After you hit tdog someone hit him again😂 not his race. I didn't know whoop racing was so hype. The livestream had my heart racing
Midair’s are part of racing🤷🏻♂️ definitely sucks he ended up getting tangled up twice!
nice meeting you bro! Check your mW output…stomping on other pilots at whootopia ain’t cool
Nice meeting you too! I know what the mw output says, BUT my vtx table was incorrect for the power setting (ex 25mw was pitmode) so I made sure to check with race ops my power was proper and got the all clear. I had one quad with a different AIO that was over transmitting and they called it as soon as I plugged in so ended up not using it at all for the entire event. They had a full spectrum analyzer running the entire time so if anyone was ever under or over they could call it out which I think is great.
Can somebody tell me how these pilots keep the finger on the sticks with such a fast movements? Do you attach them with glue?
Not glue, but most pilots do use specialized stickends such as these! flyfive33.com/search?q=stick+ends&_pos=3&_psq=stick&_ss=e&_v=1.0
i know this isn’t the place for it, but i kept seeing Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane mentioned over and over in comments, and curiosity finally got the better of me. i read the book, and honestly, it’s one of the most practical guides to understanding manifestation i’ve ever seen. it’s not about instant results, but you can feel the difference as you apply what it teaches. seeing how people respond to me now, i totally get why it’s all over the comments.
Way to transmit 400 mW in qualifying ☠️

Saving my spot in the comments at 10k subs for when there's millions
