      Build Relationships...Not all Money Guaranteed!
      Talking about AGE APROPRIATE.
A 19yr.old girl with a 60 yr.old White Senior is More than 40 yrs. AGE DIFFERENCE!! The Sexual appetite of that hornygirl does NOT MATCH to the Senior's declined years! He is NOT VISUALLY APPEALING from the girl's eyes to start with!! Cavorting in bed with your Toothless " Grandpa!" is OMG!..although she's Moneyback guarenteed in the Bank.
That's even a Horrible situation to start width!
      A 60yr.old man is kinda suited for a 45-55 yr.old Self-rearing widow!
Her kids on her previous relationship might all have families of their own by now..The two seemed to be looking for Longtime relationships and NOT to create Kids, given their age gap.
A 30+yr. AGE DIFFERENCE is a TICKING TIMEBOMB!!

I paid 500,000 pisos to put my wife's niece, CRYSTAL ANN VASQUEZ, through nursing college after her parents died. She has 0 thanks or respect for us after that . This is a perfect example of the ridiculous premise that all of these bloggers that come here thinking they have found paradise, when in actuality they are still in the "
"HONEYMOON PHASE " of arriving here, The fallacy that all Filipinos are so loving, and accepting of all the foriegners they meet is total rubbish. i spent years helping all the people in my wife's village and extended family and in the end there was no thanks or respect returned . I see all these new bloggers come here and get invited to a ,FIESTA" and think that kind of hospitality extends to all Filipinos. I can tell you this
"BEWARE'", at first you will be treated like you are the second coming of Christ. When you have no more money to give you will be stabbed in the back by all the people you treated well . I helped everyone at first because my wife said , it's good to share and i wanted to be kind, but the kindness is not reciprecated.
A loan is not a loan in the PI.. IT IS A GIVEAWAY. If you loan money to them , you will not ever see it again.
They think we all have a bottomless bank account. Jasper is correct, don't build a house, rent for awhile first and find where you want to be. DONT LOAN TO THESE PEOPLE, . out of 50 or more people we loned to over the years only 2 ever paid us back , and not always the whole loan, BEWARE, BEWARSE, BEWARE!!!!!!!

They use young women as clickbait and sell illusions to hordes of old, lonely men in the West. As a foreigner, we are primarily seen as a "walking ATM". Do not expect any compassion from anyone once you run out of money.

You nailed it again, Jasper. I love and trust my Filipina. But I do know that things can go south at any time in a relationship. So that's why I didn't buy a lot and build a house like John did. My partner and I "Assumed" a mortgage, a.k.a "Pasalo" for 9.5k PHP / per month. And I'm paying the note every month for 30 years 😊. They are dependent upon me to pay every month. Otherwise tbe property goes back to the bank😂

It doesnt mean you have be a sucker also. You need to protect yourself. If he was smart he could have had them lease the house back to him while it was being constructed. The real key is that dont have to be a pollyanna, but dont be the other extreme either that nobody will love you.

  • @ElioRose
    @ElioRose Рік тому +10

I think another important point in the story is the girl was very young (19-23, idk). No matter where you are in the world, a young girl who's growing into an adult woman is still learning what she wants in life. It doesn't matter if it's a country where it's taboo or normal for an age gap relationship whether it's a 20yr old with a 40yr old or (in this case) a 20yr old with a 60yr old, the fact is that the younger person doesn't have life experience and really doesn't know what they want yet. They're still in a developmental age where all they've known is school, family and friends their whole life while never having a job, paying bills, providing for children, etc. Dealing with the mental & physical stress of life changes you and your priorities as you age and your health diminishes. That's just reality and someone in their 60's should already know this when trying to entertain the idea of a family with someone in their 20's.
While it might seem like you're providing a way out of poverty or even a genuine love, the real question is; who's going to take care of your family when you die, get ill, or just become to old to take care of things? You're leading the family back in a position of being alone or struggling to support children while trying to find a supplemental income that no longer exists because you handled everything while you were able to. I highly doubt someone in their 60's, with only $50k to their name, is going to be able to setup a stable life for the extremely young family they created when they couldn't even do it on their own before that.
I'm 42 a conscious & frugal person, with a very good size house, no mortgage, no debts, $60k in savings, another $65k invested and it STILL scares me to think that it's not enough. I couldn't imagine taking off to a foreign country and giving someone control over all I've worked for just to get a little nostalgia trip with a 20yr old girl when I turn 60. It's a very short sided view of the future and a selfish way of thinking that will end badly for everyone involved once you're gone. It's probably better just to live there in a rental and enjoy dating a woman in her mid 40's until you're gone.

As a foreigner, many will see us as a walking ATM...Do not expect any compassion once you run out of money. I see too many older guys thinking they can successfully hook up with the younger girls only to run with tails between their legs after the money is gone.

    • @ElioRose

@@JasperinthePhilippines what can I say man...I clawed my way out of poverty just to be looked down on for not having an education, all my family has been dead for many years, I'm consistently grinding my mind and body into an early grave to have nothing to show for it. In a way I think going to a country that's already poor would be more comfortable and familiar to me. I can make money no matter where I am, I've lived the lowest life and currently the most wealthy I'll probably ever get to. I make an okay living but the way things are headed now it's uncertain if it'll even last until I die.
I'm very much considering selling the house and selling off all my "stuff", just cash out and move to the PH with only my investments paying me out every month (which is easily enough to live there). I haven't had a job since May of 2022 and my investments pay enough dividends to live off monthly. I'm broken & beat down at 42, and I'm tired of not knowing if I've done enough or made it far enough to enjoy life yet. My health is good, my mind is good but I panic for fear of my future in the US.

Foreigners can't own a business, land, house without ALOT of paperwork, money, time, money, lawyers, money, research and did I say MONEY? When I have met guys here in US, they love telling me how they going to move there, bring/marry their gf and buy a farm, build a house and live like a king. When I try to say wellllll actually you can't I get a crazy look like "Old man, you have no idea what you're talking about". I just shake my head and wait to hear all of the ugly stories about living there and how people want MONEY to do this or that and I can't own a house blah blah blah. I was married 45yrs and lost my wife in Oct last year (2022). We had talked seriously of moving there, living near the beach but she is the one who said no. She was worried about medical for me, for robbery of me, for familial leaches coming to stay. You get the drift. I have no problem an older guy being with a younger woman for good times, ("Bar Girl") but for a serious relationship. Someone closer to your age . 10-15 years max. Especially as you grow older. She will not understand the physical and mental changes you are going through because you are old and she is young. There are exceptions such as a vlogger I watch she is 40 years younger than her husband in the PI. They have been married 15 years. You can see they care, patience and love she has for him. Anyway thanks for another good video Jasper my boy. See you in the next live.

I think ex-pat John went thru 'three 18 year olds' Filipinas; the final Filipina cleaned him out after getting pregnant with twins and he spent all his money her family.
I remember in his first-ever video, John was already complaining that 2 very young Filipinas had screwed him over, but he was still good financially because the young Filipinas were college girls, and were just using him for new phones and dumb small stuff, and the 2 Filipinas were smart enough that they did not want to get knocked up by 60-year-old guy.
But he did not learn his lesson and kept going after young Filipinas; he had plenty of warnings, but he just wanted to be with a very young Filipina under 21.
The final 18 year old was a super poor Filipina, more desperate and not college educated.

John actually had 30kUSD around 1.67mil pesos that he thought would last him 4 years until SS kicked in at 62. A foolish plan. He didn't build a house, maybe renovated an existing one but did provide a "loan" that couldn't be paid back to a family member. Another classic mistake. Then to top it off, the twins came along. What a disaster. There's definitely some cognitive issues with him whether caused by the stroke he had or perhaps even prior.

You are absolutely right. The problem with most westerners to include myself. We are too trusting, and we don't ask enough questions. These men are so afraid that these women are going to get mad and leave them. These scammers have learned to lie, and lie very convincingly. Strippers in the US are notorious for this. I use to fall for that. "Love you long time!" If you want to know if you can trust anybody with money start them off with a very small budget. If they can stay within that budget or less for the first few months to a year. Then increase the budget for by like 20%. Make them prove to you that they can be trusted. Here in the US. My father had that mentality that he would take the check and give it to his girl friend that he was with for 15 years to pay the bills and give himself an allowance. She ended up robbing him blind to pay for her daughters education.
