Chris is such a class act. He really cares about the fans and understands how upset many of us were in S10. It was interesting to hear him admit to being surprised by the change in direction. His description of the train scene brought tears to my eyes. He is the reason I will be watching S11. I want to see what’s in store for Governor Bouchard.

This was a great interview. I always love any interviews with Chris McNally. He is always positive and an all-around wonderful human being. I love how he portrays Lucas Bouchard. Lucas is my favorite Hope Valley character, and he always will be. No one could ever play Lucas Bouchard except Chris McNally. May there always be Lucas Bouchard in Hope Valley. Thank you for this interview. I still think they should have continued with Elizabeth and Lucas before they decided to change the story. Lucas is a better match for Elizabeth. Chris is a great guy. Lucas has become my favourite character on the show. I was very disappointed with Elizabeth in Season 10. She is not the same as previous seasons. Her character was very different not only that she had grief but she wasn't honest and respectful towards Lucas and didn't correct the children. She denied before Henry what he noticed of her, which turns out to be turn.

I really enjoyed this interview with Chris and even more appreciative of him as a person of great character. He rises above the season changes with grace and true caring. He takes the burden of the breakup off E and remains true to his wanting her happiness above all else. I’m still broken-hearted with the turn of events and feel that the writers should not have taken this path, but Lucas will rise above and be better off in future episodes. The whole interview felt like an honest and caring conversation between friends. Thank you Chris and keep your head held high. You are a true gentleman.

Mr. Debonair himself... He has just changed my mind about Season 11 😀.. I will watch him. I also believed the reason he didn't fight back at the train station is because: all Lucas has been about is Elizabeth and Little Jack's happiness - to the point of selling the oil company.... Always patient, giving her the space and time she needs. Kudos Governor Bouchard... You will be an excellent governor! Can't wait to watch your wheelings and dealings. I also hope Lucas stays single on the show for a while.... 😃 He doesn't need drama to be interesting.... PLEASE tell the writers to KEEP FIONA FAR AWAY FROM HIM... With the Oil sale/mine debacle that tarnished his image and spying on him when he first came to HV, she's been a lot of trouble for Lucas and I don't like people pushing this idea of Fiona. I hope the writers don't cater to that idea. It'll be out of character for Lucas.. Thanks for the interview ladies.

I wasn't sure I would continue to watch WCTH after Jack died but then I read that Chris was joining the cast. I have followed Chris' career for many years so I was very excited at this news. Chris has not disappointed! He has made Lucas Bouchard his own. This handsome, talented, kind, giving man has brought life back to HV. Chris is why I watch and will continue to watch as long as he is there. I do not agree with the break-up of L & E but will continue to watch Chris. I want to thank Chris for acknowledging the hurt of the fans. No one compares to the wonderful man. He is absolutely perfect inside and out.

After this interview I am excited about season 11. After season 10 I was skeptical about season 11. The speech and saving Harry were the best moments in season 10 especially when Harry put his hand on Lucas heart ❤️ just beautiful.

My name is Adriana, I live in Brazil. I don't believe Lucas and Elizabeth won't stay together. I think they were made for each other. Lucas did everything to win her over. In my opinion, the two should get married and face difficulties together like other couples in the series. I love the series but I don't know if I'll keep watching it after they split up.

Another excellent discussion, and Chris added a much-needed perspective to the emotional season 10 storylines. I have great respect for Chris as an actor, and even more as a human being. Chris (and Kevin last week) reminded us just how wonderful the WCTH cast is. Now, we need to hear from Erin to complete the season 10 recap/season 11 preview.

UA-cam Studio controls the analytics. We haven’t noticed this change.
I looked the interviews and the numbers were 11,156, l paused it, came back about e 0 min later to finish watching the interview and the numbers were 10 937 ... really strange.

@user-uc8ct8ij2q we do remove comments that assail our creative team, that wish harm to the show, etc. UA-cam does also remove ones that don’t comply with their guidelines.
