I am glad to see an openness to this relationship between N/E from someone who was a L/E fan. I always liked the character Lucas. I just always felt N/E belonged together. However, I was a Nathan fan who tried to understand the L/E relationship. I wasn't mean to TL after Elizabeth choose Lucas originally. I never got to where I understand them as a couple though. It made no sense to me as I felt Elizabeth had more chemistry with Nathan and he was only supposed to be a "friend." So, I never got L/E though I did try. It's only after people have been mean about Elizabeth breaking up with Lucas and nasty about a N/E relationship that I spoke up in favor of a N/E love and romantic relationship. I thought people should have realized Elizabeth's trauma of losing Jack caused her to make the decisions that she did hurting first Nathan, then Lucas, and of course herself. Now she is trying to be honest about her heart and that she is in love with Nathan! ❤😊

@@brendajmholtz I do think Lucas will end up getting a good story being a successful governor. Chris will still get good stories for his character. I'm try to like both Nathan & Lucas. Though I am a fan of Nathan & Elizabeth as a couple.
