Been waitering for 20 years, so basically shed have to go around the table 3 times not knowing in advance what drinks people have in advance when preparing her tray in order to keep her tray balanced? When you are in a rush, you just load as many drinks as possible, even if its for 4 diferent tables, obviously your going to keep heaviest drink in the middle like pints of beer. Doesnt matter, most waiters have two hands. There is no teaching around it, take some weight off the right balance with your left finger, its like blinking eyes.... Id Highly recomend you get used to hold your tray on top on fingertips also....

Hi Alexander! You want to keep your right hand free since you are supposed to serve guests from the right. We would therefore encourage you to train with your left hand 😄

Is this a non slip tray by chance? I struggle with carrying drinks but I've only used trays that aren't slip resistant. Wondering how much difference it makes.
What a useless video.. show us the whole dang thing. At this point I don’t even think you’re able to carry the tray and walk to serve it without laying it on the customers table
