Sehr schön gesungen.
She is a cultural ambassador sent by God to give us joy.
Such a beautiful music and singing!
Hayley has progressed much in her lyrics writing. She's gotten very good at it. Beautiful words, beautiful voice.
I could listen to Hayley Westenra sing just about anything! She has such a wonderful voice.
Thank you for sharing. This beautiful. price it truly relaxing
Hayley simply the best. This is a great album. Her voice is a wonder.
Hayley is the most beautiful thing visually and vocally in the universe!!!!
Superb collaboration! A legendary composer and a young, angelic voice.
Amo está cantora
Simply beautiful.
Even if its not Hayley's 18 year old voice it is still exceptional
Oh this has the same melody as Josh Groban's You're still you! Love it!
Супер исполнение!
This gave me goosebumps.
great Song and Voice
@LeangleWhiteshadow
Verse 2
In the moonlight
Your eyes missed mine
Cross the starlight
Let me be thine
Give me water
Give me rainfall
For I can’t wash away the thoughts of you around me
And all I wish is that your heart would beat with mine
It’s like the stars that shine
Only sweet love
Till the end
I will stand by your side
@Faunatik But this time, this is the official vocal arrangement (for the first time), to Malena, by Ennio himself :)
Hayley and Josh need to do a duet.
Hayley Westenra is on Facebook. it's her own personal page and she leaves messages and replies on a regular basis. Just look for her personal page. UA-cam won't let me paste the URL.
@Simbaleo22 Oh, I didn't know that. It's awesome! :D No wonder the result is so beautiful.
@Rynerich @LeangleWhiteshadow A few (possible) corrections: Kissed by sunrise, Eyes made for mine, Skin of moonglow, Breath made of wine, Give me water [....] Caught the starlight, Left me behind. I can't quite catch what she sings at the highest parts though. Thanks for uploading!! :)
@serenity0324 Actually, it is the same melody. It was composed by Ennio Morricone for the movie "Malena". Josh Groban made a song version on his album, and now Hayley Westenra. :)
The Voice of our Mother from Paradise : Eve ,the Continuation Gods Creation ,Source of Human Life.
Hayley Westenra, Ennio Morricone, Josh Groban - What someone can wait better?

@DustyChapsaddles Same here, her voice is on a whole new level now :)
@Siliven That is smoething we will never know.
@LeangleWhiteshadow No I dont but here's my attempt. Any amendments welcome
Verse 1
Kissed by sunlight
Eyes mate with mine
In the moonlight
Bread made of wine
Give me water
Give me rainfall
For I can’t wash away the thoughts of you around me
And all I dream is that your heart would beat with mine
It’s like the stars that shine
Hearts like sweet love
Till the end
I would stand by your side
@LittleMsAlto
It's the same as 'You're Still You' by Josh Groban because Ennio Morricone wrote the music to the Italian movie Malena and he gave permission for both Linda Thompson to write the lyrics to "You're Still You" and to Hayley to write these lyrics for this album.
CFWhitman and also the same with E Più Ti Penso by Andrea Bocelli & Ariana Grande 😊
@rynerich thanks. =)
@SweetAwesome22 I agree! Josh Groban and Hayley Westenra duetting! I love both artists (Hayley more, though:)) Collaboration album, please and thank you! or maybe just a song or two... Seriously, I think I could see them writing a song together.
You're still you is an adaptation of Malena of Ennio Morricone 😘
@serenity0324 i thought i'm the only one who think this sounds like ''you're still you''.
This is better than You're Still You. Though they have the same tune
I am wondering as to why they utilized a melody nearly identical to Josh Groban's 'You're Still You'. If you compare the two, the similarity can be identified especially in the instrumental solo at 1:30 of this video.
And you will always shine, and I can feel your heart in mine... hmm
do you have the lyrics?
I'm gonna strain my vocal chords trying to sing as high as her lol
@DustyChapsaddles I'm probably deaf but I don't hear a difference hehe
Honestly, I'm a tad curious as to how this would sound if she sang it in the 18 year old Hayley voice.
5 people have malfunctioning eardrums.
It sounds like Josh Groban's "You're still you".
I'd say Josh Groban's you're still you has the same melody as this one, this is the original, even though it came after his XD...
