🤤 This is the holy grail of steaks and so far has alluded me. I’ve never been able to get my hands on this particular cut bcz like you say it is rare and butchers don’t typically like to separate it from the rest of the ribeye. But, it’s definitely on my bucket list! That was absolutely cooked to perfection; rare-med-rare! Some day when I get this cut, I’ll revisit this video and prep it exactly like this.

Nice color in the presentation. In some Asian kitchens we usually use butcher’s clever to mince almost everything, meat, garlic, gingers, onions, etc, to us that’s much easier. It is just a suggestion, ur way is good too 👍

If I am lucky enough to find a ribeye cap here in Louisiana, I think I’ll experiment with it in either my Ninja Foodi or Ninja Grill. The outdoor grill, like you used in the video, may be an overall preferred method of cooking, but I think the Ninja would, & could, produce something worthy!
