Really appreciate you talking about the importance of voting. We all need to participate in one of the most important events we can do to guide our country in the right direction. I really liked the comment about researching before voting. You are right we don’t care who you vote for but please vote.
The Wal Mart museum is under renovation however there is a smaller version in town and it is worth the stop AND free! We spent 4 days in Bentonville back in September and had a great time!
We may have to go to devils den stat park I've never been there. .Nicole loves Fayetteville. I want to try Gusano's. We usually hit US Pizza Co when we're in Conway. Great info on the voting. We got our voting done last week. woohoo Stay safe
Nice!! Yay! 🇺🇸 I would say Gusano’s if you get the chicago style only. I would disagree with Cody and say that there’s better reg pizza out there. Devils Den is nice and you may have been to Petit Jean or Hawksbill Crag, already. Those are our favorites.
@ I love Chicago style so would definitely be trying it. Nicole has mentioned Petit Jean and she loves it. I’ve never been to any of them. We really need to do more exploring in AR
Yall are right. Voting is very important. I've been to Devils Den a few times and love it. We are blessed here in Arkansas with nice state parks. 🎉 Great video, guys.
Sorry just st getting time to watch have been busy. But thanks for the great video on the trail walks and seeing the pups again. Cody I noticed you washed the truck did you check the hood emblems for water intrusion. Stay safe and happy travels
My wife and I voted early. we did the mail-in ballot. I don't trust those mail-in ballots, but we did it anyways. my wife is disabled and it's hard for her to get out much.👍🏻🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
Yes!! When we were in Turkey Run, that is exactly what I was thinking! Arkansas has a lot of nice gems. For hiking, Northern Arkansas, Devils Den and Petit Jean are our favorite parks
Really enjoy your videos. You two are one of the few UA-cam couples we were hoping to see at Hershey...we were there on Thursday (old fart day) guess that's why we missed you...pups always make us smile and so do you!
Awe thank you for the kind words! We are putting some stuff together to make ourselves more available next year and get an a communication open for you guys. We’ll catch you next time! ☺️
We have voted and just feel we have made the best decision with all the information we could read. A lot of time doing some investigating and reading so all is done. 💙
I’m watching your latest video where you are at West Fork, Arkansas. My grandparents had their home on Beaver Lake in Springdale Arkansas. My brother and I along with our cousins would go spend the summer months with them. We would spend a lot of time on the lake, but we also spent a lot of time at Devil’s Den State Park camping underneath the stars too. Watching your video brings back a lot of fond memories from when we were eager children. Thank you so much.
Enjoyed your Arkansas experience with you. We've been there before but didn't get to see all the adventures yall had. ❤ thanks for sharing. P.S. our grandkids fell in love with Charlie and Heiress.
😊Arkansas has a lot of really great gems (Fall is a great time to visit). The problem is that they are spread out, so it’s not as easy to go get a lot in a small area.
Yes…bad weather today…and we are still under construction from the tornado damage in May. From what I hear, this is the worst weather in more than 50 years.
@@moegeekSo scary! I’m sorry to hear that. We had a really scary event on Sunday, that seemed silly now, but we were honestly pretty traumatized, as a tornado went right over us. We thought we were goners. But in the grand scheme of things, was nothing compared to what people have dealt with this week. 😢
Just watched your video on TV. We are from Louisiana and Arkansas is one of our favorite places to visit ❤. We have been to Crystal Bridges and really enjoyed it. Also love Petit Jean State Park. Would love to try some of the trails you mentioned here. Very nice truck by the way!
Petit Jean is a great park too! Northern Arkansas is stunning (especially this time of year), but when you get in the mountains, it’s takes so long to get to everything.
You must have been there early! Devil's Den is usually PACKED on the weekends. Fall is a beautiful time to visit. On voting... do you vote for the local initiatives and positions too, even though you aren't actually residing there? I wondered if they would be on your ballot, and how your District for the local items is determined.
We didn’t have any local positions on our ballot. I can’t remember if they changed it where we couldn’t vote local (don’t necessarily feel like we need to) and/or if there was an option on our registration to ask if we WANTED to . 😕Sorry, I just can’t remember now, but I feel like we may have had that option and chose NO.
They are stinkers! ☺️ This is the garmin we bought in 2021 (below). No GPS is perfect, but this one has been pretty great. It saved us in national parks where there is often no cell service and in a number of areas where we lost signal and used it to find our way around. Plus, we can put in our heights to avoid low bridges, while towing. There may be some better options by now, but we definitely don’t regret this purchase. amzn.to/4faIvr4
Thank you. We look forward to your videos every Tuesday and Saturday. Also congratulations on becoming Grandparents it’s the best thing ever! We a 2022 3500 diesel Ram truck that we absolutely LOVE.
Cody, save your hard-earned money! You neither need a fuel supplement or DEF supplement. Contrary to the internet misinformation, mostly perpetuated by the makers of the additives, modern diesel fuel from a reputable source is not lacking lubricity and you're running a fully stuck Cummins. Now that you have the fuel card, it's nearly a certainty you'll only be through high-volume stations with good, fresh diesel. You don't need to take this engineer's and gearhead's word for it, you can take the money from what would be a bottle of additive and have a diesel sample analyzed. Same goes for the DEF. The frequency you guys move and tow, you'll rarely have old in the tank. Even staying put with your grandchild on the way. If you want better piece of mind and don't mind the additional cost, buy the Platinum Blue DEF. It has an additive that slows the crystallization down. Again, don't have to believe me, and there's an expensive lab test that can be done, but you can also prove it to yourself. Get a piece of glass mirror and measure out a teaspoon of plain DEF and a teaspoon of the Platinum. Pour each on a seperate spot of the mirror, wait a minute, and tilt the mirror to a maximum of about 30 degrees and watch what happens to the trails of DEF. I know you're full aware the internet is full of extremes, and my goodness when it comes to the Cummins in the RAM the internet will have you thinking that you need every Gale Banks bolt-on, every snake oil, and it's a ticking time bomb because it's emissions controlled... 🙄 There's the luck of the draw with the issue with some of later Cummins and the lifters, but you're already a truck guy that attune to what he's driving... Enjoy Ole Smokey and run it like you mean it! The Cummins thrives with real working use!
I'm curious, we are in the last 12 months of moving to full time and what I have seen is that domicile in SD isn't an option anymore, could you elaborate on how you accomplish this or just DM us with something?
Check out the escapees mail service. They make it so easy with a membership. A couple of calls with them and we had all the information we needed to move everything over.
I have been full-time for 4 1/2 years and I have been voting by mail for quite a few years before that. Are you guys going to be at the grand design rally in Quartzsite this winter?
Really enjoy watching your channel guys! We are thinking of going full time, but are unsure about being able to survive on the road.My wife is a teacher and I’m in sales, what jobs do each of you have to allow you to work remotely?
I know that it can be tricky to find a good remote position. We have both worked in varying positions of Transportation. I (Ang) am not working at the moment, but Cody was lucky enough to take a position with our old company. I imagine sales may be slightly easier to find remotely.
We have been watching you for a long time now and watched this video. It made me curious, how do you feel about voting for constitutional amendments and initiative measures in the state that you don't actually live in? Yes, yes, yes to train horn Angela!!! We can meet you in Arkansas and Cody can show my Rocky how to install it!!!😊😊😊
You’re a bad influence. 😁😁
I’ve wanted a train horn for many years. Angela you need another one in you new “Old Smoke” big boss truck!!!
We stayed at Hog Valley and hiked Devil's Den in May. One of our favorite trips! We also rode the Arkansas-Missouri train to Van Buren.
Oh nice! The Van Buren area is super cute. We haven’t ridden the train, but our families did that recently. It’s so nice! ☺️
