Very nice to see some attempt at saving Far Harbor. I remember arriving at this place filled with the idea I would save it. Sadly, I only had game assets and I just found myself feeling like no matter what I did it started as crap and all I could do was cover it with even more crap. Nothing would be better. It would still be built from recycled mouldy, dead fish-smelly scraps of wood and metal. It wasn't very encouraging to me to imagine that settlers would arrive and consider it an actual improvement to their sad, depressing Far Harbor lives. This mod gives me hope. It is still in Far Harbor which makes it a diamond in a manure pile. Perhaps if enough mods of settlements can be installed things will be looking up but many times I feel like the best thing I could do for the people of Far Harbor is to buy them all boat tickets to the mainland. I would welcome a quest mod where I worked with the Synths to build a super-sized, glowy windmill thingy at the top of their mountain that would clear the entire island. Synths are heros, I'm revered by all, the locals have a reason to care about fixing the place up and there is an actual economy possible for fishing guides to motor mainlanders around to see the sights and catch irradiated fish with entirely too many eyes and maybe even feet. The tourist trap all-you-can-eat crab buffets are to die for.
Lmao but right?! Far Harbour ces't le pits, so far all I've modded there are Dalton and the Cliff Edge Hotel but I will be modding every bit of it that I can now that I've dragged myself over there (I kinda accidentally on purpose missed it out the last two playthroughs).
What a nice little place!! I think between the files to furnish your home and do it yourself would be a very hard decision!! Thank you Feb for sharing!!!
Not anymore! The same mod author has released a mod that lets you build light switches that can be wirelessly connected to any light you build, so me personally I would use the do it yourself one so I can have light switches I can turn on and off.
@@FebrithDarkstar No problem. Yeah Niston has alot of cool, underated mods for settlement building such as electrical transformers, telephone poles, etc. And he's a really friendly guy, he's making patches upon request for everyone right now.

This is cool just because I often don't bother with this place. I think there's a quest for Longfellow nearby and I wonder if this affects it. Probably not but it is something to keep in mind.
I've a question. How many settlement mods have you run at once in Fallout 4? I can run quite a few. Though if I run Stratosville I can't run most others. I really like Stratosville so it's a problem. This is a very good mod. So much defense! Also a Fusion generator! Thx
I've yet to find out myself! I've started a new game and so far I've modded Sanctuary, RR, Greentop, Croup Manor, Dalton Farm, Starlight, The Castle, Abenathy, Ten Pines, Cliff's Edge Hotel, and Concord. Good Neighbour is next on my hit list. I also have Stratosville installed because it's FAB!! My settlers are always up there wandering about the platforms lol so all I've done is overhaul Sunshine myself with new cabins etc so far. I'll just keep going until the game blows up I guess so we'll see:)
