The great depression was pretty much over by 1934. So annoying that everybody refers to the 1930s as the great depression only. It's like referring to the 2000s as the financial crisis.
Love to see 1933’s in the spotlight. They are perfect for the summer and very comfortable to wear. They match well with a 1930’s chorecoat for a vintage look. As always a great video.
Recently started wearing my 33’ for the first time in awhile again! Cool to see you do this video haha! Love what you do! Also love seeing the old archived LVC pictures from seasons past. Keep it up
I like the 1933’s. its a similar wide leg cut to the boxy 1955’s only you get more vintage features, and cool, light 10oz fabric for summer. As its tricky to fit a belt on them.. sometimes I have gone 1933 dust bowl style and used a bit of rope…
@@denindenim brief history on them and how they differ from the 501Z bc I was under the impression the 505 were essentially a 501 with a zipper. Thank you so much for your response!
About 4 month ago I moved and I needed help so I went to home Depot and hired 2 guys to help me with the heavy stuff,I had lots stuff that was just taking room so I needed to go to the dump 2or 3 times,I asked the guys to load up things into large plastic bags as not to waste time each time I went to the dump they'll be putting more stuff in bags, after all was done I paid them and said thank you, but I couldn't find my WW2 leather flight jacket and 8 vintage pairs of Levis iv been collecting for the last 45 years, 5 of the vintage pants I purchased from from a Japanese collector back in 1982 for $9k that was the time when levis got super expensive , the WW2 jacket I paid $2 k , do I asked them and they said we put them in bags for your 2nd trip we figured they were just old junk. I went back to the dump but by then the big machines had already made a mountain of garbage, I'm never going to recuperate I'm just going to get drunk.

Rope belts can get pricey. I was looking for one for my wife’s koveralls
@@denindenim It was just a bit of rope from ebay.. you can choose whatever length and thickness you like. I think mine is 6mm thick.
Great video. You popped up on my front page so you’re definitely doing something right. Subbed.
i wish LVC brings those 1933 1922 model back🥲
That time era is over due. Probably in 2024.
Den, any chance you would make a video on the 505s?
I will. I want it do it justice. Any notes you want me to add to it?
Would like to see a video about the 505. My suggestion would be pictures (and music) of the Ramones.

Crazy man. Great stuff. Sorry to hear.
Hi, Den. For tub soak, would you recommend buying the '33 true to waist size or do we need to upsize?
