I'm disappointed that the mini weights are just decor. I had hoped for functional since they showed the Sim lifting what looked like a small weight. But it seems that was a poster. Still, I'm pleased with most of it. Hoped for more, and I know with EA that's silly. Thank you for the comprehensive overview!

As a Mexican builder I've been waiting for something like this for years. I spend weeks building a street of retail shops a year ago, and I downloaded many mods in order to achieve the look that I was waiting for, especially from "Rustic sims" it's one of the creators that build official lots for this pack. I would love to see more things implement, like craft made things, especially ceramics or something like it (that Ghost movie scene, common), and I can't believe that they missed the opportunity to add Mariachi Serenates. But I'm still excited 😊
The warm sprout wallpaper would look LOVELY in an older Edwardian home with Art Noveau inspired decor or Art Deco. It could pair well with the bistro kit too.
I do wish that they would make all of the basic wall colors in base game with wood moulding instead if just white- that purple swatch with the white border is IDENTICAL to a base game one. The vine carpet would look adorable in a kids room for a fairy tale look or for a moody looking dining room! :) I am SOOO hyped for the custom showers!!! The green and purple swatches in this pack are also AMAZING! I feel like purple has been getting the short end of the stick for years with the sims but these ones are gorgeous!
I was feeling a little bit like a hater with some of the bright swatches, and then I saw the separate tile backsplash and I TAKE IT ALL BACK! God, I’ve been wanting something like that for YEARS!! I hope they do more of those!!
idk if you’ve seen game of thrones but the reptile wall screams targaryen. would love to see a black gothic dragon castle (or something ultra modern?) inspired by the walls!
this pack with i think movie hangout and the wedding pack would probably be great for a casita from encanto make in the sims, also the cheetah prints makes me want to make a cheetah girls themed house

That floor with vines will look great in house of some witches or jewelery maker. New guitar... Well... we have few guitars yet. I dream about drum set, double bass and possibility to make music band (like in The Sims 2 University). We don't need another guitar :( Oh, costume trunk! as a brazilian (brazilian culture was influenced by mexico partially) these all appeal to me SMMMM, i love the number signs and the fences, rlly looks like traditional house pieces you could see anywhere around here!

A lot of this stuff is really cool, but I gotta admit that with the snakeskin wallpaper, the snake wall art, and that lizard swatch of the wall decal, this pack feels like it would have been a good time to introduce pet snakes and lizards, which some of us irl reptile keepers have wanted for a long time
weird option but the vine flooring could be in a pool (more like a pond vibe) or on a ceiling to act as vines growing in a house or castle. this pack honestly looks amazing and that’s just including build and buy mode and debug. excited

I'm pretty sure that's alligator skin, not snake. We got weightlifting posters, but can't actually lift weights. Noice. Okay, but the ceiling beam is actually nice.
I’m thinking the bear rug is faux, like not an actual bear skin rug, more like teddy bear skin rug, like the pink and blue swatches give that, same with the panda as its eye pattern is hearts.
The bird sculpture is so cute and fit so well 🥰 Some of the swatches looks like a birdspecies that is called masked Lovebird or peach- faced lovebird (the exact name depends on the color of the birdies)
I’m seeing so much potential for an art deco/eclectic build, especially with the shell armchair and the arch wallpaper. I also think a lot of these items would look good with decor to the max!
This is really OT and specific lol but the arches wallpaper got me really excited. Even though the design veers toward Art Deco, the darker color swatches remind me so much of the color tones that you'd see in 1920s Arts and Crafts revival. I think it would look so pretty in a traditional craftsman-style house build. I could see it in a den or library, even a dining room. Also, while the snake skin wallpaper is totally out there lol I feel like I've seen a trend of faux leather accent walls, particularly in really expensive modern design homes, that it might be perfect for (definitely more so probably the neutral colors though haha).
For the vine flooring I think the darker swatches would look lovely in a dark academia inspired library in a victorian home or the lighter swatches in a fairycore greenroom (sunroom converted into a greenhouse).
the heart set would be super good for like a nail salon or a make up room / influencer room if you have mods and like where you stream or make content!!
I love that Jaguar print floor. It's so much fun I would love to use the Pink, especially in some 60s and 70s-themed builds. The twists of a vine flooring is gorgeous, but I agree how would you use it, I'd guess in a bathroom (decor to the max style) but that's they only way I could think to use it. The warm sprout arches wallpaper would probably go really well with the vine flooring. Also that arches wallpaper looks like its the same colors as the cozy bistro wallpaper swatches so maybe it could be used side-by-side with the kit. Again with the vines, I have no clue how to use it. The ironwork door is going to be so nice for courtyards. That arched door is so pretty. The sliding door for showers, that's game-changing, I love making custom showers that will be so nice. That tree is gorgeous. The heart bed! And that new bed the rose detailing is so pretty.
Love the artesian chair. The chair with the matching ottoman amazing. That heart chair and the lips loveseat are so cheesy looking 😂. The Gothic lounger and coffee table and they match, it's so nice to have full living set with a more modern Gothic feel. The heart sidetable is such a fun piece without feeling too niche. The barback! So amazing, I agree they are so realistic feeling. Gorgeous! Ooh another wall mounted shower! The costume truck. It's so funny. I cannot believe they actual put that in the game. Love that bear rug. I was so hopeful that was going to be a build item. That curved bar. It's so cool, I don't have the Star Wars pack so I didn't even know there was a curved bar. Love having more posters in the game, the ripped swatches are so cool. And the two wall art/graffiti pieces are so nice. Love the iguana one 😂. The single backslash pieces that so cool, major game upgrade in my opinion. I love that photo mirror the photo booth pictures in the corner are so cute. I love that hippo. It's so random but so cute 🥰😂. Love the new ceiling fan, ceiling fans are staples in my builds. The piece to make beams. I can't help but think of all the other uses. New Hanging Plant! Love, love love. Love the little animals they will be on the shelves in all my builds from now on. House numbers! So nice. And the wall fan. So cool. Love that wall plant its a dangling plant! And the wall planter. 😍 New closet! I love the built in closets it so nice to have a new one. That ceiling light is so odd and niche. The wall and ceiling star lights though, to die for, they are so cool!
