Once I was a Walt Disney World and it was our last day. We were about to leave and we were walking by the seven dwarfs mine train. We really wanted to ride it, but It was a hour wait! So we turned away as the fireworks started going off and we were bummed. This man tapped us on the back and said "Hey there, my son doesn't want to go on this ride. Would you like our fast passes?" I turned to my mom as the fire works were going off and it was the most magical moment I've ever experienced. We happily excepted the fast passes and rode the mine train in aww.
Sir Willow, I would just like to simply state, that watching your vlogs is so totally enjoyable.... really... I mean it very sincerely. We have been visiting SDC since I was a kid where we used to camp in the campground, enjoy their waterslide and pool, and, of course, just LOVE enjoying the park itself. The funny thing now that I realize as I watch your videos and see your pictures is that, not knowing of you at the time, (obviously) it is very possible that back years ago, you might have been our train robber... or conductor... as you said in this vid... small world, isnt it? Thanks again, for the great memories, YOUR Great storytelling, and content in ALL of the videos you do-(I fully realize, and appreciate, that it takes a LOT fo put together the videos) and for just being YOU. The Branson area has GROWN... MUCH over the years, but, is still a very beautiful area of the country. Perhaps we will meet someday at one of your events at the park and we will be able to talk about SDC and theme parks and what they really mean to all of us. Again, thanks for bringing the fun to our screen and just being who you are. Your friends in Chicago, Jeff G and family. =)
Chris Topher Woolsey XD I just found this channel and I feel the same way. It's like an escape, it's nice to have something positive to look forward to...
I've been watching your Disney videos for a while but never went to your channel. I would just watch what was suggested in my news feed. This whole time I've been thinking you look familiar but couldn't quite place it... I finally opened your channel and came across this video. As someone who considers SDC their second home, I couldn't believe I hadn't realized that's where I had seen you before!!!
I are so much stuff from the employee lounge. my mom worked there and they allowed my mom to take left overs. it helped so much financially during that time in our lives. SDC helped my family get back on our feet after my dad retired from the military
Just discovered your channel and love it!!!! I was a Disney Specialist for Eastern Air Lines, then Continental way back when, and loved my twice yearly Disney School visits. I wish I had kept count of the number of times that I was asked for an on-site hotel with an ocean view, or to book 9 adults into a Ford Escort rental car. Or even better, if I was talking to another travel agent, how far it was between the off site motels and the parks, as their clients "didn't mind walking". I'm looking forwards to seeing more stories from you!!!
My husband and I went to Silver Dollar City for the first time ever for our honeymoon last year. We absolutely loved the train and train robbing bit :) I can't stop watching your videos! You've got a new subscriber!
As my best friend and I are getting ready for a trip up to Branson your videos have been a lifesaver. We (both chickens) are attempting to get psyched up for the numerous rollercoasters that happen to be at the park. This comment is just to say thank you for painting a picture for us!
I grew up right across the tracks from SDC in the early 90's in a apartment complex across the hollow (Larino Ln) which is probably long gong by now. My Great Grandmother worked at SDC and i would get to sneek in the gate with her and spend the day roaming around SDC. I had so much fun! She worked when Jed was the blacksmith. I'm thinking about working there. Thanks for the vids. Brings back a lot of memories.
I am a new subscriber but I adore your videos. Silver dollar city is like a second home to me. It's always my favorite part of the year when we go. I just want to say I remember the show when you didn't have the gun.i only just remembered it when my dad showed me a video of me watching the show. That is now one of my most fond memories of the park. The train robbery is always the best part of the train. I want to thank you for making that visit for me as a younger girl even more special and magical. I know most people say that Disney is the most magical place but I find the uniqueness of silver dollar city something even more special. I'm only 13 but I still adore all the rides even the ones I rode as a simple toddler. I hope others can feel the same magic when they hear the rustic music as they enter the park
You have grown in subscribers super fast congratulations, you make amazing content. Really happy your videos showed up in my recommended feed, UA-cam did great on that one.
I want to share a Disney story as a new subscriber: back in the 60s my grandfather and grandmother were visiting my grandpa's brother in Florida and he worked at Disney as a janitor. My grandparents were allowed into the park early and my grandma wanted to get something to eat so she asked a crew member who showed her to one of the places that was open. From what I heard, a private event was going on at the time they were allowed in, but anyways my grandma got lost going to the restaurant and ended up going down some hidden stairs into an entrance to the underground passages under the park. She walked around for a half hour before finding someone down there who showed her to the worker cafeteria instead of out and I guess she ate down there. Anyways, after the meal she came back up with the directions of one of the crew members and somehow was able to find her husband. I would like to know if you've heard of people making their way down into the passages before.
That would have had to be in the 70's since Magic Kingdom opened in 1971. There have been a couple of times I've heard of guests in the backstage area. If they are genuinely lost, they'll get escorted back into the park and given directions. If they're there taking photos or pretending to be cast, they'll be escorted out of the park by security. There have been some banned for doing that.
Please keep up the great videos about your time at SDC and Disney! I love them. You make me want to go to SDC, and I had never heard of it until coming across your channel! I am a New Jersey resident currently, but I am planning to move to the south. I know I am going to Disney in July (woo that heat will kill me!), but hopefully in the future, I can visit SDC. Thanks!
As a NW Missouri kid I visited Branson and Silver Dollar City a few times on family vacations. I always enjoyed the train ride and the accompanying show. So it was a joy to take my wife and son to SDC a couple of years ago, to see the things I so fondly remembered, including the train ride and the funhouse mansion.
Thank you very much for making these videos. My son died suddenly two months ago, two days before Christmas and it brings back so much of the good times that we had at Disney. We always wanted to go to Universal Studios, but it would make me sad to go there without him. I miss him so much, but I might consider going there with my daughter in his memory.
Hi SirWillow! I just found your channel today and I think I've already watched 10 of your videos within this hour haha! I love them! Please keep it up.
I went on a binge and watched allllll your videos this week and loved them all! As someone who wants to be a Disney cast member after graduation these videos are super helpful!
Really entertaining video! I gotta say I like it when a theme park or a railroad association decides to do a robbery or some sort of show, I plan to have a theme park some day, and a standard gauge railroad as one of the attractions and I plan on having a sort of civil war show. Where the train gets held up at a fort and a 4 to 5 minute battle begins
Hi, just saw this video, and i gotta say, you train robbers work your rears off to give us a good show. I have to admit, i've been going to SDC, ever since my parents were pushing me in a stroller, and i usually make it maybe twice a year or so, and still absolutely love the train. In fact the trains half the time one of the first things i go for, that, or the flooded mine if the trains not in yet. Still always get a laugh and also think its funny when the "ma" actually tries to play along and claim the boys.
Love the videos! Southern Gospel Picnic is my favorite time at the park. I was watching someone's "tour" type video of the park and who was one of the train robbers? SirWillow!. Very cool to see!
I remember you in the show! Silver Dollar City is absolutely beautiful! Thanks for this video! I always wanted to know what it was like in that little shack up the hill!
@SirWillow: I started working at silver dollar city in 2020 on internship but I have to say this is, more or less, the dream job I want to do. So much fun and humor go into it, something I like to have and do. This video was very helpful. Thanks so much!
Trust me, Patrons are a much more steady and reliable source of income. If you look at the major youtubers there are good reasons that they all use Patreon or something like it instead of relying solely on UA-cam's payouts. UA-cam just fluctuates to much and is very unpredictable.
I went to Branson Missouri probably about 20-25 years ago. I can't remember if we went to Silver Dollar City or not, but we probably did. Listening to your stories about the park actually makes me want to go and visit there. Thanks for the entertainment.
you are interesting...God Bless you for sharing. Strangely it has lifted me up in a very difficult time...I also have situations where the unintended effect was a blessing to others. My stories are not as pleasant. thank you
My most memorable train ride at SDC. It was hot out, and the train pulled up for the show. The conductor got off and realized there was only one brother....for about 5 seconds. The other brother popped up out of a barrel with his shirt off and a loofah....he was taking a bath lol.
I am a new sub and I love watching you because heard story's of work are fun to hear and I live in austraila so I have not been to any of the places you work i wish I could
just subscribed I'm loving your videos. please keep up the good work. I know you didn't work at Disneyland but do you have a any tips for a first time Disney traveler?
It's been a lot of years since we've been to Disneyland. Hoping to make it this summer, but we'll see if the money works out. Best advice I can give is to relax have fun, and let everyone be a kid (in a responsible manner of course. lol) If you're wanting some great advice, check out Mice Chat. They have some great, very helpful people there that can give you good, up to date advice. discuss.micechat.com/forum/disney-theme-park-news-and-discussion/disneyland-resort
the reason u have so many subscribers/why people like you. is cause not only r u leaking secrets. YOUR NOT BASHING OR TRASHING disney you're truly genuine
check out the forums on www.micechat.com Lots of great advice and helpful people there to answer all of your questions. And much more up to date than I would be after nearly 6 years away.
Yeah! You were joking around with some kids in line while we waited on the train, I didn't know they stopped & did the robbing show until we were riding it. That was our only trip there, August 2013.
EverydayMummzie in all honesty I don't know that I could pick a favorite. They're all different and all have their own wonderful charm and I honestly really enjoy each of them. So that's a tough question
I was on a travel agent trip to the Grand Canyon. We arrived by train (which I recommend btw) and we were robbed and we had the best time with our robbers!!
You'd be perfect for the train robber at Tweetsie. They have their own gang called "the flaming hot sauce bandits" and the bandits are fittingly named Texas Pete and Tobasco. And let me tell you, their the silliest train robbers in the blue ridge!
yes, if we needed our water jug refilled or something like that, they would put it on the conductor stand at the back of the train. We'd pull it off during the robbery, leave it on the ground and finish the show, then retrieve it after the train left.
I know you never worked there, but my family is going to Universal Orlando next month, but I have severe anxiety, especially with rides. are there any rides for teens that dont have a steep drop, loop, or just go really fast? I understand if you wouldn't know! love watching your videos!
Visited a bunch of times. Yes, there are a lot of rides that don't have big drops or loops. At Universal Itself there is really only one that does- Rip Ride Rocket. The Mummy does have some fast spots, but otherwise everything else at Universal should be fine for you. At Islands of Adventure, just skip the big coasters (Dragon Challenge, Hulk) and Dr. Doom's Fear Fall. Otherwise most everything else there should be ok. Dudley Do Rights you can see the drop from the walkway, and it's not to bad. I haven't been there since before Harry Potter opened, so I don't know about that, but I think you'll have a lot of fun at Universal.
SirWillow I was there when you did the wave I don't remember what year or how old I was but now I remember you I was there a few times when in my younger age
Andythefoxbunny I'm pretty sure that was January of 2009 when we did that. it was just a couple of days before I had to go on a medical leave, which is one reason it sticks out in my mind.
Andythefoxbunny it was just a short term medical thing thankfully. I was back within a few months. normal though? I don't know many that know me that would say I'm normal. LOL
Hi!, i'm a new subscirber i am 10 years old and LOVE your stories! please Do more dumb or silly stories of guests at disney world! on march 3rd we're going on a disney cruise! we LOVEEE disney! i love dogs and i have one a laberdoodle do you have any pets or dogs? Thank you! -Ella
Hi Ella!! I'm so happy you are enjoying my stories. I'm going to have another one on silly guests at Busch Gardens in two or three weeks, so I hope that one will be funny for you. You'll have a lot of fun on the cruise! I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. One dog is a pomeranian- she's like a blond fluffball. The other one is a puggle- part pug and part beagle. She's got tons of energy and is a big clutz. We call her DumDum sometimes because she is really funny.
SirWillow My wish is to one day own a Puggle! Two of my favourite dogs in one! Currently have a Beagle! She is a very loving dog, but wants things her own way! Lol! And does not enjoy our 3 cats!
Where does the money go that we give to the train robbers? Just curious.☺️ We LOVE SDC and have been many times in the last year. Your videos have always been super helpful and informative.👍🏻👍🏻
The robbers might keep a portion of it, but we also used some of the funds to cover train expenses like ammunition. Then donated the rest to Share it Forward, SDCs charity
What happened to the person/people you train while you guys are doing the show? Do they stay in the shack? Or do they go out with you guys and do the show with you? If it's the latter, what sort of story do you go with to explain the extra person? Would it be "a cousin from out out town visiting?"
A lot of times they are in the show. If we ended up with 3 people- a trainee, the trainer and an extra robber, one would often sit on a log on the side as a "silent cousin" or something like that.
The prop shack is just that- a prop. There isn't even a real door or window on it, and it's only about 5 feet long and 3 feet wide- not nearly big enough to be used for anything other than a prop.
I work At sdc as a ride operator at the giant barn swing but during moonlight madness I make a honest living robing trains. lol it really is a lot of fun I wish I could do it all the time..
Can't remember if I caught you once last year or not. Make sure when you see me out at the park that you say Hi. I can be kind of oblivious sometimes. lol I'll try to remember to look for you though.
Here is one one my pictures of me being ralphie. _lh3.googleusercontent.com/ZQlxsurwMTb_WkUjpGihKceyjncIt-k-zNZrf6zx9najT0KcNsthZsv-h368EJh3I9ZPJ7EFuw_
+Kevin Huffman he was just obnoxious. Huff drove us nuts out there. Couldn't stand the guy. :-p No, really it's because most of the time you worked I was either working with you or it was a day I couldn't be out there (Sundays) so I didn't have a chance to get any photos with you. Hopefully I can correct that this year.
In 2013 I went to Silver Dollar City in Branson when I was 10 and I'm pretty sure I saw you! I messed up the show one time by acting all rude to the robbers and saying that their mothers are not proud of them for being robbers and one of the robbers started having a fake argument with me.
LOL We LOVED when people would do things like that! it would make it so much fun to get into those kinds of conversations. i can't say for sure if it was me or not, but I'm sure the robbers got a great laugh and a lot of fun out of it.
Every park I've worked at the employees could go pretty much any time they wanted (except for special events) and unlimited times. They would put limits on how often they could bring guests, but not on the employees themselves.
I actually have a couple examples of each on my liked videos list. They aren't mine since I was a bit busy at the time and couldn't film (lol). But that's the easiest way to see them. Me robbing: ua-cam.com/video/tftI4PAwoJY/v-deo.html Me conducting: ua-cam.com/video/QEWZHlr5wjs/v-deo.html
Just finished watching all your videos a few days ago. :) Unrelated, but you said in past videos that you are a pastor, if you don't me asking, for which denomination?
+Aliyah English I haven't seen the most recent yet, but I've seen the others dating back to Noah. Fantastic productions. I don't feel I'm qualifies to be in them tho for a number of reasons. Lack of time being a big one.
I actually have photographed a couple of weddings, but strictly on an amateur basis. There are much better wedding photographers out there with much better gear and well worth the price they charge. :-) But thanks for the kind words!
When you are ready, check the listings for job openings at the Disney Careers site. It will give you the information on how to apply. In the mean time practice your photography skills. Especially if you can get to practice them in the parks. And learn what you can about Disney. That's always very helpful. It's a lot of fun, but a lot of long days in the heat and hard work.
Yeah I was just at disney 3 days ago and you know it's winter and it still got up to 80 some degrees. I wore my fake disney badge (no I am not old enough yet but I always talk to cast members when I can. I also meet the tower of terror bellhop that is in the commercials and i recognized him from his commercials it was cool. Anyway when I was there my dad taught me photography and I really liked it which is why that is one job I was thinking about. Also do you think if they had magic bands when you worked there would they be easier to use?
We talked about things like the magic bands when I was there- how nice it would be to have a photopass number on the hotel room keys, and a way to keep track of fast passes as well. And the magic bands do all that from what I've heard. I think they're a pretty cool item. and love your story about the Tower of Terror. That's neat that you got to meet someone you recognize.
The magic bands do make it much easier than the Photopass cards. When I was little I didn't know what they were so I just took them and hid them. I have SO many magic bands because we were going on a trip with 8 people and they sent us all grey magic bands and we didn't like them and got new ones so I just kept them all because I like them.
Once I was a Walt Disney World and it was our last day. We were about to leave and we were walking by the seven dwarfs mine train. We really wanted to ride it, but It was a hour wait! Luck is on your side
JoleneQueen B look, great story but...... *awe
I worked at a theme park for 14 years so I really enjoyed your behind the scenes stories.
I am so glad I found your channel, you are a great UA-camr and thanks for making your videos and sharing your experiences.

Thanks for the upload
LOL. Usually every Thursday afternoon for the new episodes, as long as other things (life) doesn't come up and totally mess up my schedule. :-)

Chris Topher Woolsey XD I just found this channel and I feel the same way. It's like an escape, it's nice to have something positive to look forward to...
Thank you for your videos. It allows us to appreciate what amusement park workers do to keep the guests amused.
Storytime! And done so well, with in detail pictures, fun stories and detailed exlanations. And very entertaining! Thumbs up for a fun video!

It is a great company for things like that. They do better than many companies in trying to take care of their employees if they know there is a need.

The train is one of my favorites at SDC because of the robbery scene. So cheesy but hilarious!
My husband and I went to Silver Dollar City for the first time ever for our honeymoon last year. We absolutely loved the train and train robbing bit :) I can't stop watching your videos! You've got a new subscriber!
I Love the Train Robber show!! There is no doubt I have seen you perform!! I always wondered what you did between shows. Thank you!

I knew you looked familiar my family goes to Silver Dollar City every year and we always go on the train. Crazy seeing you have a UA-cam channel.
You're not gonna need Patreons soon! From 4,000 to almost 20,000 already woo hoo good job! Congratulations!

New subbie here! Love your videos and your personality! I might binge watch all your previous videos... 😄
You are such a great storyteller! I could listen to your stories all day long, haha.
I remember going there as a family back in 1979! It was pretty fun.

Thank you so much for your support!! I really appreciate it!
I am a new sub and I love watching you because heard story's of work are fun to hear and I live in austraila so I have not been to any of the places you work i wish I could
Question: have you ever seen people fight in WDW for the dumbest thing? Like for example, two people fist fight over a Plush toy.
thankfully I managed to pretty much avoid things like that at all of the parks I worked at.
It happens EVERY day
So you mean the robber’s shed is slightly bigger than a jail cell. Sir willow I love the video.
just subscribed I'm loving your videos. please keep up the good work.
Thank you sir willow. Appreciate you responding and again keep up the good work. And hopefully you can make it this summer.
i love your channel i just started watching your videos i subcribed please continue to do these great videos:)
the reason u have so many subscribers/why people like you. is cause not only r u leaking secrets. YOUR NOT BASHING OR TRASHING disney you're truly genuine
I like these storys
As a theater geek. I would have fun with this kind of job.
Bolin is a swedish surname! So nice with Alfie and Ralphie
Great videos sir. Subbed.
My family and I are planning our first trip to Disney. Do you have any tips?
check out the forums on www.micechat.com Lots of great advice and helpful people there to answer all of your questions. And much more up to date than I would be after nearly 6 years away.
SirWillow Thanks! I will make sure to do that. I love your content!
I like your videos! they're really interesting :)
I remember you as the Conductor on my trip to SDS!
+Jay P that's awesome. I hope it's a good memory
Yeah! You were joking around with some kids in line while we waited on the train, I didn't know they stopped & did the robbing show until we were riding it. That was our only trip there, August 2013.
which amusement park did you enjoy more?
EverydayMummzie in all honesty I don't know that I could pick a favorite. They're all different and all have their own wonderful charm and I honestly really enjoy each of them. So that's a tough question
OMG that's my favorite part of the park
I was on a travel agent trip to the Grand Canyon. We arrived by train (which I recommend btw) and we were robbed and we had the best time with our robbers!!
hey I just subbed yesterday! I like your channel
Hi, SirWillow. New sub, love your videos! (also can't WAIT to visit you this summer :D)
You'd be perfect for the train robber at Tweetsie. They have their own gang called "the flaming hot sauce bandits" and the bandits are fittingly named Texas Pete and Tobasco. And let me tell you, their the silliest train robbers in the blue ridge!
They use blanks for the conductors gun right?
I have never been to silver Dollar city sounds like lots of fun
Curious if the conductor would ever bring u guys any supplies( extra water or food) later in the day if u needed it?
yes, if we needed our water jug refilled or something like that, they would put it on the conductor stand at the back of the train. We'd pull it off during the robbery, leave it on the ground and finish the show, then retrieve it after the train left.
@SirWillow aha nice
I love silver dollar city I've only been there 2 times though. I kind of live fare away from there
Love your videos...😊New Sub here ~I'm not familiar with "Silver Dollar City". Can't wait to watch your videos to learn more! 👍
Anita 3kids just in case you didn't (or wanted to) know, Silver Dollar City is in Branson, Missouri
Almost 4000! Yaaay!
+Ainiewainy and we just blew that number away. Wow. Hard to believe for me..
SirWillow You deserve so much more! I love listening to your stories!
Keep it up man
Was your schedule alike Tweetsie schedule
I was just watching the Trackers new video they were there and vlogged it
yeah, I found out yesterday that they were here a week ago- the one weekend in November that I don't make it out there! Ack. I wish I had known. :-(
random question for you and 2006 did you work at Disney in Florida
Andythefoxbunny yes I was a PhotoPass photographer at Disney world in Florida from June 2006 until 2011
SirWillow you seem pretty normal to me and I completely remember you know I was there that year
Andythefoxbunny it was just a short term medical thing thankfully. I was back within a few months. normal though? I don't know many that know me that would say I'm normal. LOL
I love your personality your super funny and I want to meet you one day maybe at a theme park 😂
Is an annual pass for Disney world worth it?
That's something you would have to decide based on how often you would use it.
How did I find this video?
Well, you started off by going to youtube.... :-P
Awww! cuties! that just made my whole day! thank you!!
Then donated the rest to Share it Forward, SDCs charity
was there ever a time where the train broke down and you were stranded what did you do
+Coasterboy Bigmac check out the "that's not supposed to happen" for a story along those lines. :-)
Just wondering why they needed to make two robber shacks couldn't they just have the room in the prop shack?

OK apparently I can't figure out how to post a picture lol
lol. it's showing your private link to the picture instead of through your google plus page. See if there's a "share" link or something like that.
I noticed there were no pictures of Huff in any of your videos. he's my favorite! (I'm guessing you're just jealous of him! :) )
+Kevin Huffman he was just obnoxious. Huff drove us nuts out there. Couldn't stand the guy. :-p
No, really it's because most of the time you worked I was either working with you or it was a day I couldn't be out there (Sundays) so I didn't have a chance to get any photos with you. Hopefully I can correct that this year.
Hey did u work with a Dale taffer robbing the trains
the name isn't familiar at all to me. When were they there? I was there from 2012-2014
SirWillow it was when dollywood. was silver dollar city heck back in the 80s
ahh, wrong Silver Dollar City. I worked at the one in Branson, Missouri. :-)
Question: When you're a cast member at Disney, was there a limit to a number of times you could go to Disney for free
Every park I've worked at the employees could go pretty much any time they wanted (except for special events) and unlimited times. They would put limits on how often they could bring guests, but not on the employees themselves.
can we get some footage of you as a robber?
I actually have a couple examples of each on my liked videos list. They aren't mine since I was a bit busy at the time and couldn't film (lol). But that's the easiest way to see them. Me robbing: ua-cam.com/video/tftI4PAwoJY/v-deo.html Me conducting: ua-cam.com/video/QEWZHlr5wjs/v-deo.html
Oh my gosh that is you!
Just finished watching all your videos a few days ago. :)
Unrelated, but you said in past videos that you are a pastor, if you don't me asking, for which denomination?
Assemblies of God. I pastor a small church in a small town about 40-45 minutes from Springfield and Branson, MO.
SirWillow Have you seen/been in any shows at sight and sound theatres? I go to the one in Pennsylvania
+Aliyah English I haven't seen the most recent yet, but I've seen the others dating back to Noah. Fantastic productions. I don't feel I'm qualifies to be in them tho for a number of reasons. Lack of time being a big one.
Thank you for answering :)
keep up the great vids :) You should become a wedding photographer
I actually have photographed a couple of weddings, but strictly on an amateur basis. There are much better wedding photographers out there with much better gear and well worth the price they charge. :-) But thanks for the kind words!
I love your videos if only they were longer
longer? Whew, and I worry that I make some of them to long. lol Don't worry, there are plenty of them for you to watch. :-)
I love train ride
I want to be a photopass photographer any suggestions
Oh yeah I have another question. What editing software do you use?
I think I went to Silver Dollar City once when I was very young. I remember believing that the train robbery was real
PokeWaffles Did you pull the pullcord ?
Hey! What did you ever do with that quarter you stole from me when I was 8? You shouldn't rob trains like that!! 😂😂
@kevinhuffman There are also no pictures of my favorite person on the crew. Sincerely, The Flying Conductor.
Colter Comstock I think I at least have one of you. there's definitely video. lol
question minimum age to be a train robber??
twotwins26 18 years
SirWillow thank you love your videos
Do you have to have felonies on your record to be hired?
;-)
