The pacing on this feels so weird... I'm assuming it's a bad sound mix where we can only hear her and can barely hear the audience. We're probably only catching their biggest reactions and we just don't hear the average laughter that she's holding for.

Her writing is just as smart, but her pacing is WAY Slower than I've seen in her specials. Change in style? Weird room? Trying to stretch a small amount of material? Regardless, she's a great comedian. Thanks for posting!

Comedy is subjective, so she isn’t the comedian for you. But others like me find her funny.
@@cecehedrick1253 you are on point, comedy is subjective, but the problem is that comedy today is a shadow of its former self, its become far to much about being politically correct and made to avoid making anyone feel offended to the point of being bland.
My mate Charlie is in a wheelchair and he misses the days of comedians bringing disabilities, race, religion, gender all these things into the jokes because that way we all get a good laugh at each other and it brings the subject in question to the front line, take Eddie Murphy on his standup doing RAW, he brought a light to people feeling under appreciated in relationships but made it funny as all hell so it didn't feel bad to think about this stuff, it actually helped couples talk through that very thing that at the time was rampant in a non hostile manner.
Now for the current age of comatose comedy it's just filler, nothing substantial at all and nothing to make you think, it's rare that someone goes over that edge any more with the current media control.
I am 26, soon to be 27, I watched all the legends when i was a child, Richard prior, Eddie Murphy, John candy, steve Martin, the lot, that stuff was off the chain, it was soo damn funny, but not just for me but for everyone, it's the reason they are such icons today.
Anyway, I hope I have put this across clearly cece hedrick, and my personal opinion on this comic is that they are garbage, poor timing, empty and soulless.
The bar for the title of comedians has fallen.

MKUltra is an area of great interest and I raise awareness and call it out at every and any opportunity I get so any bits of information you feel like sharing wont just be be really appreciated but will hopefully help me be able to talk about it better, or at least add to a better understanding and scope of it.
