unfortunately ive never actually eaten at any of the restaurants by that hmart despite living 30mins away, and now i’m moving 4 hours away for college 😭 but this video def convinced me that i need to try those places when i’m back home 😎
also, across that hmart there’s a place called “Ajumma Kimbob Deli” where we always get our soondae from !
4 is better than 20+ hours lol.
Traveling to Carrolton is one of my family's favorite day trips. We stuff ourselves silly and have a great time, so many good food spots! If your looking for fish ice cream Cocohodo is a favorite. Get some Zzizim's seafood and/or sweet potato cheese pancake, and wash it down with a Tiger sugar boba....then die happy! ; D Thanks for taking us on your food journeys, I live vicariously through you, and eat all the good stuff!

This H Mart plaza and the 99 ranch plaza in Carrollton has so many good places to try, always PACKED too.

Love this video, the noodle dish was so yummy, you should of put the juice sauce from the fish in with the noodles for more flavour, the fish looked amazing!, love looking at the beautiful rain, lovely video*
I grew up 5 minutes from Super H mart. It used to be a Mervyn’s store. By the time I was in high school the whole shopping plaza was about to die. So glad to see other cultures growing in my hometown and parts of the town being kept alive. I hope Carrollton treats you well!
This area has so much life now.. lots of foot traffic and businesses are packed

Omg, I love bbq!!! My late husband made the most awesome brisket!!! He had a special touch on any thing he cooked!!!! I do miss him! I love watching you're videos! Problem for me is I get hungry watching them and then I eat and get fatter!!!!

Carrolton H-Mart area is one of my favorite places to go! So much variety, great food. Whether you are looking for K-BBQ,, noodles, desert, you are in the perfect spot.

Awesome 'Warehouse 13' mention. I've been rewatching that series on Peacock lately. That BBQ looked amazing, but my gosh that's a lot. That eggplant dish looked delicious.
So glad you’re giving love to Cattleack! I think they have the best brisket in town! And the wagu pastrami brisket they have sometimes is insane! The Mac and Cheese is one of my favs too!
Their brisket and pork ribs are the best in Dallas.... especially for the price

Also Mikey, have you looked into visiting the Texas State Fair (sept 24 - oct 17)? Lots of fried food & very little good quality vlogs of it in my opinion.

I love that there are so many amazing Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese restaurants opening in Texas. 🥰 if you get a chance, go to the Gogi in Plano, amazing food, and the staff is so sweet
I’m always at H-Mart in Carrollton but now I need to try those restaurants on the side, Definitely recommended Oh-K-Dog next door (One of the best Korean Corn Dogs)

I love the asian food scene in DFW. I've been finding different great places as they open for several years now and love to visit them whenever I can. My recommendation list is too long to leave but you've hit some great landmark locations for me.

Lol, crazy! I just took a break from binge watching WH13 to check out your youtube video since I knew you moved there and I'm considering moving there as well, sometime end of summer or coming fall of 2022. I need diversity in my life... culture, FOOD! I live in Joplin MO where the only decent asian food are Vietnamese Pho Restaurants. Everything else is americanized 'Chinese' food or loaded with sugar Bimbimbap.
We went to The Pit in Houston. I highly recommend the beef rib. It was amazing!
I live in DFW. We call the area Little Korea (where Hmart is) and it is our FAVORITE place in the whole world! We started going there a few years ago for BTS items lol. Now we go there to eat, and we love the people out there. Its our safe place lol. You should try CM Chicken out there. Best fried chicken I have even eaten. I also recommend Kurobuta Ramen & Tonkatsu, and Shabu Shabu hot pot!! Loved this video...Thank you for highlighting our famous "Little Korea". Peace and love to ya!
After several years of dating Mikey decided to propose to his young lady. He told his family and friends that he was going to pop the question as soon as he purchased the ring. Weeks went by and she never received a ring. No one could understand why until they realized that the jewelry store was situated between a Korean BBQ restaurant and a Chinese hot pot restaurant. Time after time Mikey would set out for the jewelry store but he never made it in the door. :-)

The spiciness from a pepper comes from the inner white part of a Chilli Pepper not the seeds. I just learned this last week 😁

Smoked bologna (or baloney as people usually say) is AWESOME!!! I've never had any not be good. Even fried baloney at home is just plain good every so often.

The Hmart/99 Ranch plazas are my moms and my favorite place to hit when we need to stock up on more ingredients and to grab a bite. Right across from each other and loaded with restaurants and good eats.
Plano has a bunch of stuff as well, but it's a bit farther for us to venture to. A Mitsuwa opened there recently and it has a place that sells donuts like the ones you can find at Mister Donut in Asia.
Grand Prairie also isn't too bad. There's a place called Pearl in the Hong Kong Market plaza, that does Dim Sum and is pretty good.

So random, but on the mural (praise the lard) when you were in line, is an owner of a multi-award winning restaurant (17th street bbq in Murphysboro, IL) and that owner just passed away. It was awesome to see that.

Kirin Court in Richardson Texas it is so good! it has new year and wedding celebrations
and lion dancing in big Asian holidays so yeah I mean it is ridiculously busy so that you can tell it is the best dim sum in the Dallas area
also Dallas Fort Worth area has a Chinatown in Richardson Texas you should really go there it is near the Kirin Court area
my favorite restaurant there is Royal Sichuan restaurant it has good Laziji
and it has a Chinese supermarket near by called Good Fortune Supermarket
