YOOOOO I lived around the corner from Punjabi in my junior year of college and they kept me fed even when I couldn't pay. Genuinely the kindest and most caring owners I've ever met and they deserve all the love we can give them right now.
Punjabi people do tend to have the biggest heart. In their culture, feeding people is part of community service ❤️

Bagel and cream cheese with an extra bagel. That's brilliant. I've always avoided ordering cream cheese on my bagel because they always give you too much, but what a great solution!
No such thing as to much cream cheese
I always ask for it on the side. They give you a little styrofoam cup full and I can use it for a couple of days.

TheOmnipotence I’m going to assume that english is not your primary language (forgive me if I’m wrong). English speakers use crazy in different ways. One way is in the way you probably think its being used (crazy- not sane/ not mentally stable). People also however use crazy as a way to show excitement. For example, if you go to a place that excites you, you can say that you went to this crazy place and had a good time. Also, If you are surprised in a good way, some may say that the situation they are in “is crazy”. Hope that helps

Avoid eating too many fatty cheesy Pizzas instead turn to healthy Subway sandwiches chicken salami n sausage salads soups shrimp n chicken Dim sums n momo dumplings. I love em. Love from Sam India.
Visit Fogo De Chao Brazilian Steak House n Indian Moksha Brazzeria South Beam Miami n Fort Lauderdale. Really deliscious n sumptuous cuisines u guys will get to it.

The video Mikey takes while driving is so soothing, it makes me wish I was really along for the ride.
I’ll tell you what, if you’ve ever drove into nyc before you know it’s stressful as hell. So extra props for not having to see the road ragers, the toll booths, the parking nightmare, etc.
When I went to NY I stayed for 20 days at a friend's home, 1st thing I did was get subway and bus maps
Then it was a walk/travel all over Manhattan (and close to Manhattan) places, coming back to my friend's home for dinner (sometimes after dinner) and sleep. Then rinse and repeat
Want dearly to return there when possible...

You inspired me to do youtube even though my UA-cam channel only have 13 subscribers but I am not giving up because like you I do what I love. It's my passion. So nothing is going to bring me down from continuing my channel. I started about 3 months ago and I look forward to create more recipes for my channel every day. Even at 2 am when I couldn't sleep I go into my kitchen and cook. My sister said I am crazy. But it's ok because I enjoy doing it.

New Yorker City water is so awesome after you leave other water taste funky, it took me months to get over the water in the Washington DC, metropolitan area
And if you ever get a bagel, get the vegetable cream cheese, it's a totally different taste than philly's, only in NYC
That IS the definition of New York bagel! I used to have an everything bagel with egg salad; one half for breakfast and one half for lunch! And yes, that is the perfect size bagel and they never stinge or scimp on any salads/cream cheese! I miss that :) And one dollar coffee and pizza!

Fantastic video. My jaw dropped regarding bagels and bodegas. In fact, the whole thing was a revelation. Manhattan is supposed to be so expensive that I thought the best you could hope for is a pizza slice for $1...thanks for letting us know there are actually good deals!
@Jae Kim So I could get $1 a meal in chinatown if I do the 5 dumplings. I could get $3 per meal if I do street meat. So in theory, I could pay $7 for three meals, plus whatever the transportation costs.
@Jae Kim This is informative. $4.50 for a chinese combo meal ain't bad. But my brain shutdown at 20 street blocks equals a mile. I'm in L.A. We drive 0.2 miles to pick up Chinese take-out. Just saying. 😊
I lived in New Jersey but worked in New York for a year and I remember those little carts on the corner. Best breakfast sandwich and cheap coffee ever.

I’m amazed how often I hear other people can get tested outside where I live. It’s almost impossible to get tested where I live unless you have 47 symptoms and can barely walk, and then you’ll get sent to facility on the outskirts of town. I’m jealous, but if you can get tested that often I say take advantage of it! Stay safe everyone!! ❤️

I went to NYU and in mornings that I had class where I knew I would be too busy to have lunch, I’d get a sausage, egg and cheese on a roll with a cup of coffee for about $3.00 from a cart that parked itself right in front of one of the buildings. That was over a decade ago though so prices probably went up. You totally could get bacon if you wanted but I never did.
And Mikey finally had a baked pork chop rice! It's seriously amazing! That's pure comfort food there.
