Then capturing coby and bringing garp to pirate island and then attacking amazon lily and getting faced against rayleigh. Also I believe the pirate Shanks talked about with the gorosei is also Blackbeard. In addition Shanks clashed against Whitebeard just to stop Ace from going after Blackbeard. Also he is the only person we know that can go days without sleep and have 2 devil fruit powers at the same time.

I honestly believe if Blackbeard really wanted to he could have dealt with Rayleigh fairly easy but he chose to held his cards. There is a ruthless, brutal monster (serial killer mentality?) inside Blackbeard and we only see shades of it. An old Rayleigh would have revealed those cards so he obviously withdrew.
This scene is often misunderstood. Blackbeard needed a way to get his crew out and didn’t trust that Boa was ganna undo her spell. Rayleigh coming in ensured that both the navy and blackbeard’s crew all went home with no more casualties.

one thing to note is that Blackbeard only takes garenteed fights with no losses, in the capture of ace he had his entire crew set up an ambush and didn't reveal all his cards until it was too late for counterplay since the ground was even and there would be nowhere for ace to go so he would have to go into the dark and lose his fruit's ability, in marineford he refused to do pretty much anything until roger was heavily injured, in impel down he didn't even really try to fight the warden basically escping as soon as he was poisoned. He has his crew for Law and even when taking whitebeard's fruit he was careful to not let anyone see. In addtion to all that immediately after whitebeards' death he immediately retreated not sticking around for any longer then he needs to. He's never really fought any yonko in even playing field and trys to maintain 0 injuries on his crew. All this suggests that since Rayleigh was outside of his calculations that it wasn't worth to fight him, even in the event that he won overwelmingly it woudn't be worth since it gives a window for the navy and other unaccounted people like Gaben or even ankoji from his crew to attack and kill him. Blackbeard is overtly cautious and that repersents him perfectly

What are you talking about? After being poisoned and almost nearly killed by Magellan, but somehow saved by Shiryu, he descended to the Level 6 to get the other stronger crew members while Magellan was still there! He had to have Magellan defeated and then showed up to Marineford!

This scene is often misunderstood. Blackbeard needed a way to get his crew out and didn’t trust that Boa was ganna undo her spell. Rayleigh coming in ensured that both the navy and blackbeard’s crew all went home with no more casualties.

one thing to note is that Blackbeard only takes garenteed fights with no losses, in the capture of ace he had his entire crew set up an ambush and didn't reveal all his cards until it was too late for counterplay since the ground was even and there would be nowhere for ace to go so he would have to go into the dark and lose his fruit's ability, in marineford he refused to do pretty much anything until roger was heavily injured, in impel down he didn't even really try to fight the warden basically escping as soon as he was poisoned. He has his crew for Law and even when taking whitebeard's fruit he was careful to not let anyone see. In addtion to all that immediately after whitebeards' death he immediately retreated not sticking around for any longer then he needs to. He's never really fought any yonko in even playing field and trys to maintain 0 injuries on his crew. All this suggests that since Rayleigh was outside of his calculations that it wasn't worth to fight him, even in the event that he won overwelmingly it woudn't be worth since it gives a window for the navy and other unaccounted people like Gaben or even ankoji from his crew to attack and kill him. Blackbeard is overtly cautious and that repersents him perfectly
Blackbeard never escaped after they got poisoned and was saved by shiryu, they defeated Magellan warden, there's a scene where Sengoku ask Magellan to not commit suicide because he lost
What are you talking about? After being poisoned and almost nearly killed by Magellan, but somehow saved by Shiryu, he descended to the Level 6 to get the other stronger crew members while Magellan was still there!
