I so hate when people do that, they cut into your stopping distance, forcing you to brake even harder, when I seen then starting to turn into your lane, I would have just moved over into the left lane, you would definitely got ahead of them again because when the light turned green you would have been able to go right away and not be stuck behind them, and secondly I hate when people try to make a left turn from a lane that is not supposed to allow a left turn, especially when there is even a sign posted, I see this happen all too much, I also see people make a right on red when there is a sign that clearly states no turn on red.

The driver was on his phone when light is green I think he wasn’t pay attention to the light @Delivery Dashcam
