I was trying to use state food safety to open up my own food establishment if i only knew the nightmare of what was to come. i spent almost $200 on the training and exam and didn't even get a chance to take the test. so I thought its ok ill call and see if they could help me after 5 call and being left on hold for an hour I had the pleasurer of talking to Dario who a least pretended to care and Nancy who could care less and was given the run around. sadly I'm still waiting on a refund my advice go with someone else - 5 star for these crooks.
You talked about the serv safe food manager test? Did you try to do it online? Please could you tell me why you don't have opportunity to take it if you pay for it?

What made you mention One Piece? I love One Piece. Chapter 1115 was jaw dropping. I want to get my food handlers permit & feed people for free with some mild restrictions. Wano arc really inspired me. Otama & them not eating ignited my soul 🔥🔥🔥

I mentioned One Piece because it might peak the interest of someone who hasn't heard of One Piece or someone that wants to watch it but has been putting it aside. Honestly I kinda found it funny to put something "foriegn" in a space most wouldn't hear about or of, something that has impacted me.

Theres some answer foshy here. You can't have fruits at 135 F and you don't hold it in hot food. Fruits must be cold.
