Hi... Mine is still going strong❣️ Please look in the description section below the video. Click the Amazon link for the washing machine, then scroll down to that product description. It will actually give you the size dimensions of this machine and they have larger ones too.
What cycle would you use for hand-wash or delicates? I have tried wool cycle but the drum doesn't move enough to clean the garments... Please, please help!!
You could use the quickest cycle "Express" and set the spin setting at 600. If you have a mesh bag you could put the garments in there for extra protection.
Good evening, your video is very useful! I have exactly the same washing machine in my new apartment. I turned it on for 2:30 (if I remember correctly) and after 20 minutes it started again for 1 hour and whatnot... I had it on since 12 noon and it hasn't stopped until now the hour 9 or so (it took 4 hours because it was getting old again at 1 hour and so on, it finally finished!!! I put it on to dry and it has been here for 2 hours, it goes up to 20 minutes and then again 1 and so on,,, if you know how can i make it work properly it would help me a lot
What you have explained is very strange. Sounds like you need to contact someone for servicing/technical support. Check your manual or contact the seller to see who would do the servicing. Thankfully, I have not had any issues with my machine after ca. 3 years, but i did purchase extended warranty from the retailer in case something would happen. Hope you are able to get it fixed very soon. Please let me know how it works out, in case someone else might have the same problem.
The left side with the BLUE settings where it says Pflegeleicht Trocknen or Koch/Bundwäsche Trocknen (The two settings above those "Wash and Wear, and 5kg Wash and Dry" include the wash cycle. Just be sure to have your water supply ON even when drying. From what I understand the machine uses a little water for steaming the clothes during certain drying processes.
Oh no..sorry to hear that I have not had that problem. It may be the type of fabric that naturally shrinks when washed or heat-dried, if you use the dryer, and maybe the heat is too much for it... That would be my guess, but I would reach out to the company's service department and ask them. Pls let me know their response if you do reach out, in case someone else has the same issue. Best of luck 🤞🏼
40 minutes wash & dry dont works so good like you present. I have the same model and im disappointed this Product from BEKO. They have a lot problems and mistakes
It has worked fine for me, as long as I put the amount of clothing they recommend in the manual. If you put too many things (more than they suggest), it will not work so well. My machine is still working fine after all these years. Perhaps contact the service office and see if they can help you resolve your issue.
I’am planning to buy the same machine. But can you tell me the size of this machine because i want to make sure it perfectly fits in my kitchen.

If you don't have a mesh bag, maybe use a pillow case that you can close🤷♀️

How do you just use the tumble dryer part and not the wash and dry option
