I started collecting AG dolls over 2 years ago. I always told my daughter we would collect them but she passed away very unexpectedly before we got started. So I am doing it now, and they are hard to come by here in the UK.
Your new shelves look amazing! The dolls fit very well and I like to see the dolls by shelf the way you did it today. It is so wonderful when we all look at our dolls and bring up the memory of where we got them, the feelings they invoked when we first saw them and the feelings we all still have every time we look at our dolls. Your collection is beautiful.
a few of my dolls are named after different wentworth characters and characters from orange is the new black as well!! i love all your dolls and all the names!!
You have a nice collection. I noticed you took almost all of the historical dolls out of their original hair style in and straighten their hair. Did you get them that way or is it because you prefer to dress them in modern clothing? I would love to see your collection of clothes for them.
11 of my historical’s were from my childhood & as a child I took all their hairstyles out. As for the ones I purchased as an adult I kept some styles in tact & others I removed just to make the doll unique to my collection.
Kyla, did I break some rules? If so, I am truly sorry. You took down a post of mine. I don't mind, just confused. P.S. Your lightskinned Nanea is adorable and so different.
@@kylacollects oh, sorry. It was because I wanted to reach out to the woman in Britain. I was perhaps able to help her with her collecting but I left my Instagram Addy up and I thought you might have thought it was too forward. I suppose UA-cam did. Almost instantly.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have heard from another collector that if you call American Girl in the States, they will ship to the UK.
@@SherriB923 yes they do but the postage and import duty costs an arm and a leg.
😔
I'm so sorry for your loss.
Beautiful collection and gorgeous dolls/ Girlys.

Thank you!
I kind of feel the same about my second doll, Shayne, as you do about Kirsten. I'm more drawn to Shayne (24) than my first doll Alyssa (Felicity).
Amazing collection! 😍😍😍
So fun! Nice to see the updated collection. I've always thought it would be fun to do a video of my collection.

Ahhhhh awesome! Thank you!
I love your Ginny #38! please keep me in mind if you ever want to part with her.
Awe thank you but I think she’s one I’d keep forever because it took so long to get her
Beautiful collection Kyla! 😄
Thank you!
Are we not gonna talk about how Felicity and Elizabeth are in each other’s meet outfits-
I did that so long ago and I absolutely love it!
@@kylacollects it might be me but depending on which way you hold Elizabeth‘s meat dress it looks orange lol
My mom was born the year julie is from lol
So you're telling me that our parents were born in the same decade but somehow I'm 16 years younger.
When I hear someone that's only been collecting a year or two, I don't feel bad about amassing 75 dolls since August! LMFAO.

@@kylacollects makes sense.
I do have videos on my historical clothing collection as well!
Ah yes! American horror story fan.
Of course!

I’m sorry I’m not quite sure what you’re talking about. Sometimes UA-cam hides comments depending on what they are.

Yes UA-cam doesn’t allow personal information to be shared such as online usernames, emails etc.
@@kylacollects okay, that explains it.
