- Wild strawberry is in season. We enjoy making wild strawberry jam and having with bread and cookies as a Korean snack. The jam is soft, spreadable and delicious.
It's very simple and easy to make it. The ratio of wild strawberry to sugar is 2 to 1. You only have to boil it. Its cool taste and crunching texture of the seeds are good. Why not?
♥ Ingredients for 250g jam
300g wild strawberry, 150g sugar
♥ Instructions
① Rinse wild strawberry with running water. Place it and sugar in the pan, cover and boil for 10 minutes on medium heat.
② Open the lid and stir and crush for about 1 minute.
③ Don't cover the lid and boil for 30 minutes, stirring often.
④ Transfer the jam to hot sterile jar. Keep in refrigerator. Enjoy! :)

노하늘 참고로 경기도화성에서는요 산딸기가 6월 둘째주쯤 많이 열렸어요
