One other important thing to note: The fact that this is an NS weapon means that nobody can tell which faction you're on by the sound of your gun or the color of your tracers. Great for operating behind enemy lines!
Bought this weapon a while ago and I got to say it's my favorite carbine (playing on TR). Due to kinda slow RoF, the weapon is really easy to handle; it doesn't shake to every direction like most TR weapons do. I use grip, compensator and high velocity ammo. As a fan of iron sights, NS-11C is a really good weapon for me because its sights are so clear. Also feels like the shots really go where I want them to go. I can drop the targets by just shooting to the chest. Never really was a good headhunter :P All in all I'm really happy with my purchase. I can use it more effectively than T5 AMC, for example.
As of the most recent big patch, all sights are now perfectly aligned, which takes away much of the reason to use the HS/NV scope (discussed at 5:48 or so)
Very nice review. It is a clinical weapon and something I like to go back too. The sway on the NV scope is just too offputting for me, I would rather just compensate for any offness of other scopes, although I very much like the iron sights with this. I would say as in my video though that this weapon with its low recoil is a very good introduction to getting better with your aim. If there is a weapon to start trying to control and get headshots with, it is this one. :)
i have NS-11C and i love it :D its realy accurate, well ok its not the fastest killer, but i still like it i have 1x reflex sight and forward grip for it i actualy even like it from stock, iron sight is realy cool, but it realy could use forward grip, but its still good
Hah! This is one of my favorite guns. I love it! For the first time I can excel at medium range with my light assault for the TR. All the other TR carbines focus on the same thing: Short range. And frankly I didn't fancy the AMC in the testing rooms. But this gun? I can solidly get 4 kills per life with it. And I've never felt that way about any gun apart from the NS for my heavy. These guns just fill the role I want to play better than any other TR weapons. You absolutely nailed it when you said "this gun is a support gun." Absolutely 100%. You stand off and shoot from slightly elevated ground and flank people. It chews them alive because they can't escape due to your incredible control of the weapon. It also seems to do "well enough" in CQB simply because of its low bloom. Overall, I have not looked back at the Jaguar, which I used to feel was an incredible gun.... Now it's completely outclassed (in my usage) by the NS 11c. Good vid! But I feel it deserves more love than you gave it :) But then again, you're also a better player than me so perhaps you are better at compensating for the recoils on guns with higher DPS, while I really don't do that well so the extra DPS doesn't matter if I keep losing control of my weapon.
NS-11C always feels really awkward when I pick it up after a while of not using it, but when I get in a good rhythm it's pretty damn satisfying. Same with the T5 AMC. Even with the low bullet speed, it's so accurate that I find you can use the NS-11C at some pretty damn long ranges effectively. I wish more weapons had left pulling recoil, I actually find it more satisfying to compensate for. And the sound is great too.
I adore the ns-11c when I was using the eridani or mkv suppressed I seemed to keep missing my shots and keep in mind I was fighting if not always mostly short ranges. Then I stumbled upon this power house I constantly landed head shots went on 10-25 kill streaks and after looking up your recommended attachments I couldn't stop dropping people left and right until a tank or max came along. Over all I think this weapon is perfect the way it is despite the rpm that could receive alittle bit of a buff however still a great weapon and is now my favourite. :D
If you buy this, make sure to use HVA, the ns-11c gets 100m/s a muzzle velocity, that is HUGE. It makes all the difference when engaging mid range, where this gun shines.
I just got the NS 11c and overall I am pleased with the gun. I got the laser sight to help with my light assault hit 'n run. I also got high velocity ammo to help try and improve on the poor velocity and a compensator to keep the already low recoil even lower. With the sight I went for a 2x reflex and a night vision scope which a switch between.
1:43- where we get to see Wrel practice what he preached in the "Cover to Cover" video. Considering that I'm not the best of shots, and can't seem to break this habit of aiming for center-mass, this probably isn't the weapon for me. Honestly, while I applaud SoE's general efforts to avoid "selling power", why'd they give this weapon such a terrible bullet velocity?
I play Light Assault a lot, and a lot of what is said in this video aligns with how I play. Still, I like the PDW better for the outside range (compensator/grip/soft point), and the Serpent for closer ranges (grip/soft point). By outside range I mean about 50m; most of the time is spent trying to find a flanking position with that jetpack.
Totally unrelated to this, but I remember you mentioned that motion blur was benefitial in this game. Did you change your mind? (I see you no longer run it)
I'd like to run Motion Blur, but UA-cam's compression process seems to make my videos much more pixelated when it's on. So, in short, I've turned it off to put out better quality content for the channel.
Wrel Why are your platinum firearms reflective like chrome? Mine just look foggy and metallic. I have settings on ultra and running on 64-bit and I still don't know why.
***** I think lower graphics quality makes it shine more, the "foggy"-ness is because if you look closely there are little individual bumps. Thousands of them. (I own the NS-11P for reference)
***** Lol no, you didn't figure it out. He's got that version of the gun as a gift for recruiting people to the game. You can see the original and platinum version in the load out screen and he tells you in the video.
I have the ns11c and I'm not sure why but I absolutely love it to bits. I just find that if your a light assault you can get above your enemy's and get consistent head shots.
I have always been a fan of NS series guns, in fact, the NS-11C was the second gun I bought ( first being NS-11A ). I used to run it on everything but overtime took it off my LA loadout in favor of shotguns or fast firing carbines. I keep it on my engie though as I feel it complements it well. Also wrel, you compared the NS-11C to both TR and VS guns but not a NC one. Is there a NC one that is alike it or is it NC's only option for that playstyle?
I've run this for a while on a bunch of characters with stock iron sights, front grip, flash suppressor, and HVA. I've tried other combinations but nothing else seems to work as well for me; for some reason I find it easier to land bursts at long range with the flash suppresor on than without. The shape of the weapon and the iron sights I find to be very workable even at close range, and the fast ADS speed works well with my playstyle and find it to be my favorite feature of basically any weapon. Now that Vanu and NC are set to maybe get some nice "dance carbines" I might have to go faction-specific again...
So it seems like in many videos when you are playing engineer you are placing turrets, however not using them afterwards. Is this because you place them then do not need to use them, or place them to use as cover?
I have the NS11C and I love it. It took me about 4-5 months to get an auraxium medal on it. It is very accurate but overall I prefer the pulsar c. One of the main reasons why I bought it was because of the sounds it made when I shot it.
I know this episode is a bit old but I wanted to chime in here with my impressions and ask you a question. So first, I love the NS-11C, but I tend to use it exactly how you recommend, as a support weapon. I do think it is a solid all around weapon, but it does work best when "dancing" round the edge of a fight and making quick strikes. My question is this; Have they modified the weapon since you produced this video?
As a Nanite Systems fan, I love all NS weapons. The NS-11C is a pretty good weapon, but I only use it for mid-range combat. A possible tweak to this weapon is the stock. In the weapon picture (the one in the menu with the prices below it), it shows that the weapon actually has a stock. But when you equip it, you find out that the stock is folded in and unusable. I think the weapon could actually be able to use its stock to help with improved accuracy and other things.
Wrel do you think having different types of ammo for different situations like a ammo type called shredder that does less damage to shields but high damage to a players health so it would give EMP grenades a better purpose. It would add a lot more complexity to the game and raise the skill cap.
I use this weapon as my long range weapon for light assault. I instead of using accuracy to compensate for poor time to kill, I use the light assault's flanking ability along with the element of surprise. Do you think though that the pulsar C would be better for this?
I use the NS-11C for my vanu engineer and i like it a lot cause if you go for head shots than it is really easy to get kills and the attachments i run and think are pretty good are 2x reflex sight chevron, laser sight, compensator, and high velocity ammo
First gun I ever maxed, I love it. Its my main gun for Ops with my clan. Like it for the movement buff while ads, and for the good sights that come with it.
I love this gun. For whatever reason, the 11C causes me to land a loooooooooot of consecutive headshots. Once I auraxium the Lynx and trac-5 burst, I will probably make the 11C my main carbine.
You're always at that shooting range in the VR, but i never see those targets? On which graphics do you have to play to see those? (I play on low). I'd also like to see marks where my bullets hit the wall, how can I get those? Thanks
Funny thing about the NS-11C, it just 'feels' like a better carbine than the Sol-SF. I really hated the Sol-SF except for the under-barrel for engy-support role. NS-11C was just so easy to use for head-shots and since I primarily use ADS, the faster movement was a boost. I was able to Auraxium the weapon far faster than the Sol-SF. Plus it has that nice advantage of non-empire tracer rounds and non-VS sounds. So it was always nice to hide on an enemy tower and pick off troops from the roof.
The NS-11C is by far my favourite carbine in the game, I run mine with NiCO For grip and Soft point(nothing in the supressor/flash/compensator). I first bought it when I was pretty new to the game, thought it was a version of the NS-11P that I loved so much, got disappointed there, until I learnt to use it. I don't use any other weapon on my Light Assault nor Engineer now :) Pretty solid Review Wrel :) About the compensator, since you don't really wanna be the main target of enemies, it's better to run nothing or a supressor and not a compensator.
Lrdozz I run just high velocity. Nothing else. It's fantastic! My favorite weapon as well, and I feel those iron sights give me the most honest accuracy and effectiveness. I think I'll buy a suppressor though, for those tower stomps.
Yeah I'm gonna try that :P, I'm not a tower stomp kinda dude anyway , I'm more like a gun and run kinda light assault , supressor could do well. Why HVA tho? What's your max range engage with that weapon? Mine is like 20-25 m I rarely go higher than that
I think the NS-11A is the best weapon in the game, at least for me. It's damage is really good, and I feel confident that I can drop people quickly. However, the 11C just lacks damage in my opinion. I'm an NC BR 45, so I'm not new to the game, but I don't go for headshots often, and I find that my enemy will usually kill me before I can land 8 shots on them with a 652 rpm gun, especially if they are a higher level player that darts in and out of cover.
I have been using the NS-11C since I have had the option. I use 3.4x scope, forward grip, compensator, and high velocity rounds. This gun is my go to, I have auraxium on this weapon and a lot of the draw backs you listed I haven't noticed at all. It's accurate, and dependable. You never mentioned that this gun is unmatched at close range hip fire. The small cone of fire gives you ability to mow down foes inside the 20m mark.
Was interested to see your take on the 11C since I found it to be a bit confused, stat-wise. It's accurate, but has poor muzzle velocity, meaning it's not the best for long range. It has a fast reload, but poor rate of fire, meaning it's not the best for short range. So it's accurate, best at close range, but poor in a head-on fight. Solution? Silencer. The fast reload plus good headshot ability and .75x lets you put down enemies at close range and move quickly from target to target with minimal chance of being spotted, helping you maintain the element of surprise. HVA plus a forward grip means the gun is manageable at longer ranges if you're caught in need. Never really thought of going the Compensator route because it'd just be so sub-par to my T5 AMC, and long range doesn't seem to benefit from the highlighted stat of the the 11C: reload speed. Though you do have to wonder if there's a special purpose this gun was designed with, or if it was just given random stats with the hope that people would just figure something out.
wrel, do you actually ever hold the sprint key to make the HSNV scope stabilize in the center. because of its minimal sway i ask myself whether this is needed
I have it and while I like it, it isn't a weapon you will miss if you don't have it. It is however an excellent "giraffe" weapon. So if you are a LA that manages to get in behind the enemies it may take them a moment longer to realize that the gunfire they are hearing isn't from a friendly. Oh and if you must put a suppressor on it I would recommend the HVA just to bring its abysmal velocity back up. I was playing around with SPA and a suppressor on it the other day and it felt like the crossbow in terms of drop and projectile speed.
I certainly notice the cone of fire at longer ranges, which is why I tend to stick to other weapons during open field fights. During cqc, I also tend to stick to weapons with a higher rate of fire, or just shotguns. So yes, this weapon is good for everything that is in between. A very situational weapon, so to speak. So if you want to use this weapon effectively, stand behind the frontline and lay down support fire, flank, and so forth. I can do nothing but agree with everything Wrel says about it. Love the low recoil, but it'll do nothing for you if you don't know when, and how, to use it to your advantage. I recommend you fire in short bursts at 30+ meters if you want to land hits more consistently.
I play mainly LA in TR, and while I have the NS 11-C equipped I always feel that my TTK is higher than usual, even being very accurate with headshots. I stay a while with it and when I go back to my Jaguar or the T5 AMC it feels much better. Anyway, I think you hit it perfectly on your review, IMO the carbine could use some small buffs, specially to its muzzle velocity.
So if i understand right, now things that you buy with certs are shared to all classes that can use them within the same faction? I noticed that guns attachment on my Pistols for example were available for all my classes after i unlocked only 1. I know that before weapons bought with SC worked that way but now did they change it?Unless you play more than one faction or server there isnt any real advantage unlocking with SC instead of certs? Also you say reflex sight dot is inaccurate, is that for all weapons? I been using reflex on lots of weapons, think i should change it to improve my accuracy or its not such a big deal?
The NS-11C is my favorite weapon. It's the first weapon i got auraxium with and if i doing bad I switch to Engineer or Light Assault with NS-11C. The NS-11C fits perfectly my playstyle.
I have a question and would really like your opinion: Do you think side arms are a little pricy for what the are. What I think: I think side arms are a little pricy for what the are. They can't outplay any gun. They don't get used as much as regular guns. I barely gat time to pull out my handgun. Most people don't use their handguns. I believe that handguns are just for backing out and not playing to aggressively. Unless you're playing with the stalker cloak. Handguns are no, in whatever way, overpowered. 1000 certs just seems to much for something that can't out play any other gun on the battlefield. What do you think?
It's the perfect weapon for my playstyle, but I can't decide if I would want to spend the extra certs on it over the Solstice SF, when the stats are pretty much literally identical, the thing that edges it to the NS-11C is the .75ADS speed. Can't decide if that's worth getting it over the Solstice SF. T5 AMC is easily my favorite gun, but I only alt TR, I main VS.
Wrel, is the flash supressor such a bad thing to cone of fire? I'm asking this because I like to play light assault and stay in unexpected places where I can shoot down enemies without getting detected, and I think that a compensator would ruin that playstyle not just because of the increased minimap range, but also I'm afraid of getting instantly detected by my weapon's "fire light". So, would a flash supressor be THAT harmful to this weapon's cone of fire?
I've got about 600 kills on the NS-11C beforeI decided to switch back to using the regular TR carbines. It has rather conflicting stats: It's got a short reload + .75 ADS, great for run-and-gun, but the weapon itself isn't great for close-combat situations. At longer ranges, the bullet velocity just doesn't cut it. I've only enjoyed using this weapon when running as pure support class outdoors, where there's plenty of cover and friendlies. It's easy to use (recoil and reload-wise) and a great all-arounder, versatile in all kinds of situations. Would've been great as a starting carbine.
I play NC and i bought the NS-11c becuse i thought that it fits in my hands but after a few hours i discoverd that the GD 7F mowes down all carbines available to the NC.
I have and use this weapon quite a lot. It is a great carbine for engineer for that medium distance and I also use it on my tank setup because you never know where will your tank explode. But I can not recommend it on light assault loudouts. I tried, really, but for me is the go to attatchement for light assault suppresor and it is paintful to stick on NS-11C because it makes the projectile velocity just dredful. Overall it is quite good on engineer but for litght assault I would rather use AMC cabine.
How can you use IRNV Scope on esamir at day time, for me it gets so bright that can't see what I'm shooting at and I change to Reflex Sight if I'm fighting on esamir. May be something wrong with my settings? Any thought’s?
Great detailed review! Wrel's speciality - goes into too much detail for my mind to manage. I find that I like to specialize a little more with my choice of weapons, with using CQC weapons with laser sights all round (I like the challenge of controlling the recoil), and long range weapons I will only use when I need to do damage quickly at a little more range, while staying on target. NS weapons I find are ok at most things, but lack something for me when I go to use them (apart from the Commissioner and Underboss - those are fun on Infil!).
Would you still compare the NS-11C to the TR's T5 AMC post patch? if not what would be a better comparison? if so what would the reason be for picking one over the other?
Here are my thoughts of the NS-11C: I believe this is my favorite carbine in this game. This one and the GD-7F. Here's why: at least for me this gun really does well for me because it has good of everything. Good accuracy, good handling, good hipfire, good dmg, good magazine, good rof, good cof, good reload, 0.75x movement speed multiplier, good ammo in reserve, good sound I like that little sound it has when it shoots and, even good looks, lol. This gun made me even love the IR/NV scope because it is very deadly and accurate with it. Now I am looking forward to night fighting all the time.
i use ns 11 c and its my primary carbine.....sometimes the low rate of fire is not so good but for almost every situation you can be good with this weapon. but i iuse flash suppressor and high velocity and a lasersight. it performs well from close to mid range and sometimes even high ranges
si the ns 11 c eqiuped with soft point ammo better than the eridani ?? i´ve unlooked both, but i the ns 11 as a "sniper" for the light assault. good or bad idea, what do u think??
Hey Wrel i have a question, when i play on Esamir with the thermal scope everything is so bright but when i look at your video everything looks clearly visible. At 3:10 i wouldn't even see that NC with aiming down sights, but my brightness setting is already at 0 so what can i do?
I believe it has to do with your graphical settings. Basically, lower graphical settings make the NV scope near useless on Esamir, and severely limits its range elsewhere. If you can play with graphics turned up all of the way, the NV scope will perform the way its supposed to.
Wrel Thanks for your answer, it seems like it depends on the shadow setting, i played without shadow, but when i switch it on i can see much better with the scope.
I personally don't like the low rpm weapons except for the Gauss SAW (200 max damage). The ranges where I can't use some of the high rpm weapons like the GR-22 (NC) are too few and in cqc they are at a severe disadvantage. tl;dr cqc - high rpm long range combat - low magnification bolt action rifle
I have never tried The NS-11c... The NS-11a is one of my favorite weapons in the game because if the velocity and same for the LMG but if the carbine has piss-poor velocity I don't see a reason to use it. I love accurate weaponry. And could you explain a bit more about reflex being off? I've never noticed and I'm highly accurate. I use 1x reflex for pretty much all guns so how much is it off?
Used this gun for 3 weeks. I can't aim perfectly and tend to go rambo, but I some how got over 1000 kills. I used your exact setup and can murder anyone at any range, even SMG range if I strafe hard enough.
Not gonna lie this is my favorite weapon for the LA class, The accuracy of it makes it feel like a laser of death and destruction. It is a head shot machine. with a 2x Scope it is perfect for rooftop disruption. I have Auraxiumed the weapon as well and it was my favorite carbine auraxium.
If I have the Pulsar C, is the NS11-C worth buying (considering that I am currently certing out the "Lead Fist" loadout)?? Please help meh Wrel, do it for Vanuuuu
I think it's interesting that you don't recommend using the flash suppressor. I can understand during the day time when the muzzle flash isn't that big a deal but at night it lights you up like a christmas tree. I've been running with a very similar build to your suggested build but I use the flash suppressor exclusively. I can understand the compensator recommendation because I definitely feel like I need that sometimes. The flash suppressor is invaluable if you're near friendlies and don't want to stand out all that much. You just need to burst fire. Overall, one of my favourite carbines.
X1014 Absolutely. If you get up in a tree or some flanking position, it is godly how stable you can keep it while chewing up the competition. It's my favorite gun for those reasons.
I love the NS-11C. First Carbine I got Arax. Medal for. However, unlike most weapons I Araxium, I continued to use this Carbine after the fact. For me it is the consistent recoil and the fact that, like all NS weapons, enemies will not be immediately alerted to you when they hear it's report. Especially for LA, which is what I use it on, this is perfect for taking the unconventional route for flanking.
What weapon camo are you using and PC Specs? looks nice! I get great handling with a 3GB Sapphire HD 7950 the i7 860 is pushing its limits however leaving me with no option other than lowering some settings 😑
i thought the only reason to use the Solstice SF was for the underbarrel launchers, as the SF is inferior to the regular Solstice in every way other than that. Why did you mention it as better than the NS-11C? (rather than the regular solstice)
I wish I had watched this before buying this weapon. I tried it out in VR, and it seemed like a champ, but it got me stomped on the battlefield. I hate it, and I spent station cash and completely certed it out. I just needed another carbine to work on. Do you recommend the jaguar?
I have auraxiumed all VS carbines (including the burst), and I hated the NS11-C for a long time. Took me over 1000 kills to actually like it. I actually did go for flash supressor, added SPA and laser sight. The interesting part (which you forgot to mention Wrel) is that the Iron-Sights are fantastic on this weapon, and I actually took that one over almost any other scope. The second loadout was taking HS/NV and going with smoke grenades, gives you extra cover and time to kill to compensate for the low velocity.
Can I get NS-11CP by the invitation players to the game if I'm not a member? And it will be unlocked for free or it will be available in the shop for certs?
Once again, excellent content Wrel. Im just about to Auraxium the Ac x11, which ive found suited my playstyle very well. Im not a up close player. I was thinking this or the Razor as my next carbine (i have them all purchased already). Would you suggest the Razor over this given my mid range preference?
+Roadsterboy500 Youve probably made your mind up by now but i highly suggest the razor first, unless you are great at getting consistent headshots. Auraxiuming the NS-11C was such a painful experience cos at the time i couldnt land headshots all too well.
i no longer feel this way about the NS-11C, now its probably my 2nd favourite weapon in the game, beside the SVA-88 and Betelgeuse. Its actually a very good carbine, dont know that the hell i was talking about back then.
Never really was a good headhunter :P
All in all I'm really happy with my purchase. I can use it more effectively than T5 AMC, for example.
This is still (in my opinion) the best and my favorate carbine, because of it's good hip-fire and great for ranged combat
:)
Hey wrel how comes I got the ns-11p but I didn't recruit anyone I got it when I purchased my first soe planetside 2 specific $15 game card
They were likely giving away the weapon as an added bonus. They've done that with Gamestop Station Cash cards as well, from time to time.
The one you get from a game card is the assault rifle (The platinum version of the NS-11A)
Question for Wrel or anyone who would know. How is this now, considering the carbine's airborne hipfire change? Thanks!
i have NS-11C and i love it :D
its realy accurate, well ok its not the fastest killer, but i still like it
i have 1x reflex sight and forward grip for it
i actualy even like it from stock, iron sight is realy cool, but it realy could use forward grip, but its still good
Great video Wrel and I just bought the NS11C before this video came out so thank you!!
This really helped me pick out wich attachments I needed on the Weapon. Thanks wrel
I really like MOST of the NS weaps!
So far I bought the ns-7 and ns-44 commisioner and I love them!!!
You forgot to mention larger magazine size when listing the T5 AMC's advantages.
Wrel
Why are your platinum firearms reflective like chrome? Mine just look foggy and metallic. I have settings on ultra and running on 64-bit and I still don't know why.
***** I think lower graphics quality makes it shine more, the "foggy"-ness is because if you look closely there are little individual bumps. Thousands of them. (I own the NS-11P for reference)
I figured it out: you have to set lighting to medium. ty for the help XD
Compensator isn't really needed with HVA, if you're used to NC kick.
I don't use any other weapon on my Light Assault nor Engineer now :)
Pretty solid Review Wrel :)
About the compensator, since you don't really wanna be the main target of enemies, it's better to run nothing or a supressor and not a compensator.
Hey wrel, if you haven't already would you do a review of the rams .50m?
I have to say that I'm so used to reflex scopes, that it's nv scope I can't land headshots
The annotations at the end of the video are missing.
I have a question and would really like your opinion:
Do you think side arms are a little pricy for what the are.
What I think:
I think side arms are a little pricy for what the are.
So given the choice between soft point or high velocity ammo, would you usually choose soft point?
Thanks for this. I play terrains and I am a BR 41 just bought the weapon I originally used the jaguar as it was perfect for close range.
I know that's out of topic but can we have a review for the solstice SF plz?
What settings do you play at when recording, because my FPS gets killed by shadowplay at ultra.
Gotta say that owning its relative counterparts, it's become really more of just something else to auraxium eventually.
Hello Wrel. I was wondering, what do you think about the lack of bullpup weapons in PS2? Would it be a good addition to Planetside?
Wrel even though I've seen all your videos before, I love watching your informational ones. They are so well put together and thought through.
Wrel, how many people have you managed to recruit so far? Was it though your youtube account?
I use this silenced sometimes, Its not terrible if you're in a place like a Bio lab or a Tech Plant.
Is there any way to just get rid of the chrome shine on NS weapons?
They buffed the bullet velocity
great vid Wrel, keep it up
si the ns 11 c eqiuped with soft point ammo better than the eridani ??
i´ve unlooked both, but i the ns 11 as a "sniper" for the light assault. good or bad idea, what do u think??
Wrel can you do a weapon review on the New Conglomerate's LA1 Anchor?
5:35
isn't that statement kinda outdated since the scopes and sights have been revamped?
Indeed it is! Updated the video with an annotation. Thanks much.
Wrel Don't forget their cosmetic change that only I seem to care about: Their buttstocks have been unfolded.
Wrel
Thanks for your answer, it seems like it depends on the shadow setting, i played without shadow, but when i switch it on i can see much better with the scope.
the normal shadow
This is a random comparison but what would be better, the TAS-16 Blackjack or this?
Used this gun for 3 weeks. I can't aim perfectly and tend to go rambo, but I some how got over 1000 kills. I used your exact setup and can murder anyone at any range, even SMG range if I strafe hard enough.
Plus it looks cool xp
NS-11C or AC-X11? lethal gun which can use on close, mid and long range.
Is it better than Serpent or other VS carbines?
Would you recommend running this weapon with the light assault class?
No camo lol ur a noob
Are you considering doing a rereview since the NS-11C has had its velocity increased?
He might re update it
What's the velocity now?
sir Hamrick it's 515 baseline now, before it was below 500.
NS-11c is a really versitile weapon, atleast in my eyes. I've used it for a while and if you can get headshots, it's a beats in CQC
my engineer class is using this carbin ,with a X3.4 zoom, duel to the medium range combat i feel it a comfortable gun,
Hi Wrel
Can you pls make a NS 11 A weapon overview ,cause I like the gun but I don't know what I should use
652rpm for a 143 damage carbine is not "middle of the road".
It is slow.
This weapon is no bullet hose.
i thought the only reason to use the Solstice SF was for the underbarrel launchers, as the SF is inferior to the regular Solstice in every way other than that.
Why did you mention it as better than the NS-11C? (rather than the regular solstice)
Solstice SF has better recoil statistics (and attachment options,) than the regular Solstice, which is why it compares better to the NS-11C.
this+the underboss=epicness
I wish I had watched this before buying this weapon. I tried it out in VR, and it seemed like a champ, but it got me stomped on the battlefield. I hate it, and I spent station cash and completely certed it out. I just needed another carbine to work on. Do you recommend the jaguar?
And for people that want a lot of fun lining up head shots, try the reaper
I have auraxiumed all VS carbines (including the burst), and I hated the NS11-C for a long time. Took me over 1000 kills to actually like it. I actually did go for flash supressor, added SPA and laser sight. The interesting part (which you forgot to mention Wrel) is that the Iron-Sights are fantastic on this weapon, and I actually took that one over almost any other scope. The second loadout was taking HS/NV and going with smoke grenades, gives you extra cover and time to kill to compensate for the low velocity.
I really do love the ironsights on NS primaries. Best in the game, imo.
Support weapon due to low RoF?
