I prefer component speakers, i buy a car with the Premium audio option (bose) so i dont have to change them, i just add subs for deeper bass, current car front door is 3 way component, bottom of door is woofer, middle of door is midrange, top of door is tweeter. Now the back door is 2 way coaxial. Now the newer version of my car the back door is 2 way component. Now the worst type of speaker is dual cone, thats the cheap default speakers that economy cars get
I have those Kenwood speakers in my Jeep and they sound good.

Bose are nothing special I replaced mine with some Focal components no comparison.
@brianlee677 I hear that alot, but they sound fine to me, and it's much easier to get a car with the "premium audio package" and just add subs
Bose is pretty mid to lower tier it’s a far cry from a premium audio option but I get you
Thanks for information, now the pricing makes sense lol
Install of the speakers will help u get the complexity
Alex Carusso doing speaker reviews now ?
brooooo 🤣
