Maybe it snapped or doesn’t work or maybe she didn’t feel like using it. You can use it manually or automatically but if yours breaks it’s okay u can manually put it in, won’t effect the wig making!!!
Did you get it? After three tries, take the bobbin out and put it back in the bobbin holder. Also, make sure you hold the needle thread with tension and turn the needle knob counter clockwise.

It comes with the J foot, which is the one that's not open. I like it
I’m very curious to find out why I still get bumps in my wigs. 😢😢
One cause could be if you stretch the cap while sewing. It can cause bumps/bunching in the wig.
