I get the feeling that Jenn is the “Average Joe” Star Wars fan. When she thinks of Star Wars the first thing that comes to mind is the Force, lightsabers, Jedi and Vader. But things like that are only a tiny fraction of what’s happening in the galaxy. Most people are living hum-drum lives, eking out a living, sometimes by the skin of their teeth, doing what they have to in order to survive with the only difference between us and them being all the different alien species, droids everywhere and an easily obtainable “pilots license”. The fate of the galaxy doesn’t necessarily lie in their hands … until it does 🤫
This is definitely my top in live action Star Wars by far. It's a slow burn for sure, but one that, for me, at least true satisfying from beginning to end. The realism and gray morality is fantastic. The Empire truly real like a threat, and the Rebel feel like an out numbered out gunned rebellion. I hope yall enjoy it.

The best Star Wars show out today! The acting alone is worth the watch. The first couple episodes are slower, but it's all worth it in the end. So good! ONE WAY OUT!
Andor isnt only one of the best pieces of star wars media to come out in the last 12 years its one of the best shows ive ever seen it was truly impactful and revolutionary. The music gives me goosebumps and the story blew my mind. If i had the MiB mind eraser id flash myself and rewatch this show over and over and over again
and fwiw, my take on Andor is that it's HBO-level TV set in the Galaxy Far Far Away but, due to the style they aimed for (the self same HBO style/The Americans spy thriller) to me at least, it lacks some of the tiny ingredients that make Star Wars Star Wars. goofiness & the general capacity not to take itself too seriously kinda thing. and please don't get me wrong, I LOVE IT & think you both will too, it's just a bit like if your favourite pop band made a classical track, to me at least. and I know I'm swimming against a tsunami when I'm saying this btw, and rightly so, it's *THAT* good. 😊
I want them to watch in arcs but I rather the reactions still be individual videos. I want to see their thoughts after each episode. Granted I'm going to watch the full reactions anyway 😂
Awesome guys! Andor might be a slow burn in the beginning but it burns so good as the story progresses :) yes in some ways it is like Babylon 5/The Expanse/Game of Thrones/Mass Effect if you enjoy these series. Looking forward to the rest of ur reactions! cheers and have fun
This is the best thing that Disney has done so far quality wise! Andor is very well written and didn’t mind at all about the slow start, it definitely pays off later!
Rouge One is Jenn’s least favorite Star Wars?! It’s the best Star Wars film Disney has made! Also, the first season of Andor takes place five years before Rogue One. The second season (which won’t be out for sometime) takes place four years before Rogue One and every three episodes it moves up a year until it gets to Rogue One…
I'm so glad that you're watching and reacting to Andor. I was very hesitant to watch it when I first came out since I was so disappointed in The Book of Boba Fett and Obi-Wan. They had some good scenes, but overall, they were just silly. After a non-spoiler recommendation, I gave it a shot, and I really really enjoyed it. Every episode was well written, well acted, and the production value was better than it should have been for a spin-off show about a character from a spin-off movie. I think the writing and dialog was the best of any Star Wars content I have ever watched. I believe the slow start is intentional and necessary to get you into the mindset of what it is like to live under the oppression of the galactic empire and the makers of this series pulled it off and then some. I can hardly wait to see more episode reactions from you. God bless yall and your growing family.
You're finally watching Andor *_* I LOVE this show so much. This is, imo, the best and most intelligently written Star Wars since forever. It feels more blade runner-y somehow and it doesn't treat its spectators like idiots. It also shows so well how a fascist regime spreads and operates and treats its supporters like tools that are easily replacable and how people become radicalized against such a regime. I can deal with the slow set up, because the story manages to up the stakes and make us who are watching invested regardless.
LETS GO I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS. MOST HYPED SINCE THE CLONE WARS SERIES. Also as everyone else is saying. The series has 2-3 episode arcs and they aired the first 3 episodes, arc 1, all at once. I honestly recommend you do this series in arcs instead of episodes because you will get very bored.
Don't know if they caught it (I know a lot of people missed it in the first episode) but the security isn't Imperial, it's Corporate. As long as the crime doesn't effect production they don't really care. Holden is right, the Empire would handle it... differently as we will see.
Andor is everything Star Wars has always wanted to be, and everything it has always pretended to be until Andor. I will show up to watch people react to this show, any day.
Andor is best Star Wars. People say it's not Star Wars but that's a compliment once you've seen it. Yes it's a slow burn but you can't tell me that episodes 10 and 12 aren't the best Star Wars ever.

This is the Star Wars I've always wanted.
a surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.
and fwiw, my take on Andor is that it's HBO-level TV set in the Galaxy Far Far Away but, due to the style they aimed for (the self same HBO style/The Americans spy thriller) to me at least, it lacks some of the tiny ingredients that make Star Wars Star Wars. goofiness & the general capacity not to take itself too seriously kinda thing.
and please don't get me wrong, I LOVE IT & think you both will too, it's just a bit like if your favourite pop band made a classical track, to me at least.
and I know I'm swimming against a tsunami when I'm saying this btw, and rightly so, it's *THAT* good.
😊
LETS GO! Love this show can’t wait to see how y’all feel about it. Also Holden please give us the next Hogwarts video!
+1 on watching these as arcs. The payoff is beyond good!
I want them to watch in arcs but I rather the reactions still be individual videos. I want to see their thoughts after each episode. Granted I'm going to watch the full reactions anyway 😂
Yeah I really loved Andor, great series.... you guys will love it. :)
cant wait for this
Awesome guys! Andor might be a slow burn in the beginning but it burns so good as the story progresses :) yes in some ways it is like Babylon 5/The Expanse/Game of Thrones/Mass Effect if you enjoy these series. Looking forward to the rest of ur reactions! cheers and have fun
I think this is the best star wars show on disney+
This is the best thing that Disney has done so far quality wise! Andor is very well written and didn’t mind at all about the slow start, it definitely pays off later!
So stoked you guys are getting into this show, one of the best pieces of Star Wars content
woooow aweeeesome!!!!
My Favourite Star Wars show
Andor's a master piece, keep with it and you'll love this show.
Yay!!! Really glad you’ve heard good things about this. This show was so devisive among fans with some just flat out hating it.
It’s really great!
The best project Disney has made since getting the rights and it isn’t close! Phenomenal show!
😂 tasteful thumbnail choice Holden 😂
God bless yall and your growing family.
true
The show shares quite a few actors with Chernobyl, you guys should really watch that some time! It's horrifying but so we'll put together
It’s about time. I’ve been wondering y no Andor!!! I’m excited.
Don't know if they caught it (I know a lot of people missed it in the first episode) but the security isn't Imperial, it's Corporate. As long as the crime doesn't effect production they don't really care. Holden is right, the Empire would handle it... differently as we will see.
I remember seeing the first episode on FX channel during Thanksgiving weekend. They only aired it once
For me: Andor-Season 1 is the best season of any Star Wars-show.
I clicked on this video so fast 😭😭😭
So hyped for this series! I know for a fact you guys are going to love it 💪🔥
Andor is everything Star Wars has always wanted to be, and everything it has always pretended to be until Andor. I will show up to watch people react to this show, any day.
Rouge one and Andor got to be the best freakin star wars ive seen.
Andor is best Star Wars. People say it's not Star Wars but that's a compliment once you've seen it. Yes it's a slow burn but you can't tell me that episodes 10 and 12 aren't the best Star Wars ever.
I loved loved andor...had no expectation but it blew me away with everything...its fantastaic..i am glad you finally watching it...
Andor is still the best thing star wars has put out
