      Yeah just simply send them a message, most of them say this offer “ custom garments” but they don’t or the minimums are crazy high .

      You won't need one if you plan on sending this off to a Manu, just as general ise chart of width and length of body and arms, if you really want to go into detail, pocket length, button size, and cuff width.

    How do you add material to your mockup in drawing? Like silk, crochet, cotton, etc...

    • @DesignedByWil
      @DesignedByWil  Рік тому +1

      first you'll need to build the texture, then depending on how large the texture is you'll use a clipping mask on top of the colour and graphic or just simply place it on top and turn down the opacity.

    When ordering from alibaba do you know if the cost per unit for a custom logo is for just one custom logo on all garments or for one custom logo on each garment … my manufacturer says its $80 and the price per garment is $18 im thinking each custom garment will be $98

    • @DesignedByWil

      @jschoompferd350 2 роки тому

      @@DesignedByWil maybe i didnt want to accept the answer they gave me but the cost per unit for a custom logo is $80 for my manufacturer.. does that mean each custom garment will have a $80 logo fee on top of the total cost of each garment or $80 for the specific custom logo for the whole bulk order all together

    • @DesignedByWil
      @DesignedByWil  2 роки тому

      @@jschoompferd350 If I try to make sense of what your situation is. You’re probably trying to order a single sample which indeed is much higher than ordering bulk. If your order one sample usually closer to retail of the garment due to labour and time, usually known as a set up fee or sample fee. In simple terms the more you order the cheaper it is, the less you order the more expensive it is. Don’t refer to it as a custom logo you’re not paying for the logo you’re paying for the garment it’s harder to understand. is that price fair, for a sample that’s considered super cheap.

      @@DesignedByWil Great video bro!! but the "expand/flatten part for coloring" I don't understand that part either, I want to give every part a color now but I can't, even if I expand/flatten the shape... how did you do that? Do I need to close all the lines? It didn't look like you closed all your paths but still were able to expand the shape in different parts for coloring. (couldn't see in detail how you finished up the jacket though). So would be dope if you could explain that, from finishing up all the hard lines in detail, to expanding/flatten (so it creates indivudual parts for coloring right?) to coloring the process.

      Not really, now days you can honestly give a sketch on paper and a Manu can build the garment. Sure a pattern would help in getting the project more accurate but you can most definitely print a custom garment with just a flat and measurements . I literally just did it .
