I'm using mi 12 pro and still it's working like flawless.
How is battery life , performance and camera after 2 years? And how often do you get updates... Would live to get a reply
I am using the same phone , camera is still great. Battery is decent to below average depending on usage conditions and performance is still good. I occasionally play cod mobile and no issues with it. Getting updates with a bit of delay but i don't mind as far as i am getting updates. Recent update is hyper os with March security patch
@@lalithkumar6980 I don't play games often so for me it's okay as you said battery drains little fast now but as it has 120 watt charger I don't need to worry for 3 years we'll get updates for this service I bought iPhone 15 pro Max 1 TB variant few months back so no worries.

S24 and iphone 15 are compact flagships and this is not compact.
Both of them offer decent value for money aspect considering all parameters.
This offers great camera and performance if you can live with MIUI . I am a xiaomi user since 2019 on and off.
but definitely can be a bit lower at price point. I would see 85-90k would be great price for this phone.
I would say, if you want to buy a allrounder smartphone but xiaomi then go for xiaomi 14 instead of ultra, that provides value. If you want camera centric, get this ultra end of story.
If you can't live with MIUI, go for iphone 15.
Samsung s24 is with exynos processor, i would not recommend.

I have a doubt due to huge camera bump and adding a phone cover will wireless charging work or not specially please test it in car wireless chargers. Hey, I have Xiaomi 14 and I have only available wireless charging through a wireless charging power bank. As Xiaomi 14 also has a huge camera bump, it gives little issue to place the phone correctly. The small angle deviation doesn't affect charging if placed correctly but if not placed properly then it may heat some degree higher than usual as it can be with every phone which has wireless charging support.
Sir please compare some 30k midrange phones to upper midrange and flagship phones. In my opinion, the difference between phones of these categories are being so minimal day-by-day that most people can't even differentiate between a 40k upper midrange phone with a 80-90k flagship

As usual, a nice and thorough video! Xiaomi continues to produce phones with world class hardware, however their UI and forked Android OS (MiUi/Hyper OS) is a big let down! I have been a Xiaomi user for the last 7 years (Redmi Note 4, Poco F1, Mi 11x Pro, Poco F5) and have figured out that the OS contains extremely less essence of vanilla Android features and practicality. The app notifications are also lackluster and one can't even use a third party launcher with navigation gestures. Comparatively, the BBK sisters (Oppo, Vivo, Realme, OnePlus, iqoo), Samsung and even Motorola cater a much better and enjoyable UI experience. Hence, I would never going to recommend a Xiaomi phone beyond 20K. I believe that the evolution of smartphone hardware has reached a certain threshold which most of the manufacturers have been able to provide to the consumers, but it's the overall software experience that has to complement.

Display quality is very good no issues but in terms of max brightness the iPhone and S24U have higher brightness.
Great value for money smartphone.

Ranjit, what I would suggest is that you should've included the reserve edition goodies and how it can help the users to get the best shots.
Although I'm surprised that Xiaomi missed on a huge opportunity for not getting the photography kit in India. Huge huge miss.
That reserve edition is no longer available now, so no point. Yeah Xiaomi did a big blunder by not launching the photography kit, people who are buying this phone they are buying for a reason and they know what this smartphone can do.

What's your POV on camera when 14 is compared to its Previous model Xiaomi 13 pro ? Even 13 pro got the 1inch sensor.
I no longer have the 13 Pro to compare with this 14 Ultra. when I tested the 13 Pro it also took very good photos, but the front camera was not good on 13 Pro here the front camera is a lot better. The variable aperture is something interesting that can be useful if you use the Pro/Manual mode.
Yeah, front camera is horrible on 13 pro. Now the Xiaomi image processing is far better in the market after having collab with Leica. Thank you.

I got my reserve edition on April 9. It was a really great experience. But some UI experiences are not that good. I really don't like apple like control centre and Getapps on 1 lakh phone.
Getapp can be installed and the control centre can be changed through settings

The camera on this device is just awesome but the front or selfie video is a bit outdated compared to current gen flagships (My POV)
Whatever this phones don't last much I used mi 11 ultra with much enthusiasm and it stop working after 13 months.literally without sign of problems 😢.then I was stuck with brick which needed the mothe board to change .so before buying this Xiaomi high end.phones think twice I had a nightmare using that phone .I hope renjih take this longitivity issues also into consideration while reviewing thanks

@@VishnuPrasad-xb8fx it does buddy. But the problem comes after one year. When they pushes new software updates. Then not only one or two phones gets affected almost every phone. Like in mi 11 ultra some phones speakers got dead first then their motherboard. Mine one wifi stopped working. I talked to a person whose phone got extreme heating issue.

Now I am using both OnePlus 12 and Mi 14 Ultra white one and I would say OnePlus 12 have better camera than Mi 14 Ultra ...also battery backup is very poor as compared to other Snapdragon 8gen 3, also heating problem....
