    Greg, another winner. I may try this with burnt bacon mixed in with the cream cheese for that extra bump. Very nice cook my friend! 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥

    'wrapped in bacon' - sounds like a Canadian present! This sure looked amazing, and a good option for the tenderloin that has so little flavor.

    Im so glad I got a Kamado last year as a gift from the wife. Just in my experience, if you put the wood in under the charcoal it loses some of its bitter wood flavor without cutting any smoke flavor out. Tenderloin looks delicious. TY for the video
