    Another amazing cook that looked so good. What temp did you cook the interior of the steak to? I didn't see the thermometer out during the vid but you did say you cooked it to a temp I think. 'Canadian grade AAA' - we saw that coming Greg!

      I brought it to a temperature of 110 F. Before the sear.
