Now I feel like I'm lost. But your podcast encourage me to try one last time. But i don't know where to begin.

Also regarding regarding depression, Marjuana, Alcohol, etc. It's actually a business these days especially. The more depressed the population is. The more profit these evil industries make. These are billion dollar companies. They can influence factors in a population. Want to go deeper? Prisons are a business in the US.
