@@MickGordon Fantastic track, this, i stopped several times during the level and watched the landspace just to listen to this track a little bit longer. Can't wait for your official OST release! Cheers!
I like when calm instrumental gets interrupted by chanting chorus. Gives this track this unusual peculiarity that is pretty much unheard of anywhere else.
Firestarter after seeing the recent cyberpunk gameplay, Doom eternal has pretty much got this in the bag unless CDPR does some major overhaul. Might get delayed beyond 2020.
Unfortunately, TLOU2 already got half of the awards, so unless some miracle happens, I highly doubt Eternal is gonna win GOTY. Let’s just hope it could at least win best shooter.
This is the exact song I was looking for. Was driving me crazy, since it's not included in the OST. A really great piece that does a lot of mood-setting for the non-combat portions in Argent D'Nur.
Awesome that you uploaded this! When i first heard this in Exultia, i just had to stop to listen. This gives such a strong haunting feeling watching the broken Sentinel world as this plays on the background.
The moment I got on this level, I looked around to check out all the background sights around the platform the Slayer was on. Just appreciate the scenery and the skybox like I usually do in a game before I move on and play through the level, but then those guitar notes started ringing out. I probably spent a good few minutes listening to the track over and over until the goosebumps went away and then I played through the level. I don't know why this wasn't on the official soundtrack but it's one of my favorite tracks from the game.
@@fatmetro Hey could you possibly try getting this soundtrack: ua-cam.com/video/Wvptky8YJHc/v-deo.html Its the ambience from the Arc Complex level and it has a part of E1M3 which is my favorite track from original Doom
What i love about this ambient OST is that it sounds lonely and abandoned at the start, then theres the shouting that leads to a really angry distant trumpeting and the electric guitar, a very hostile feeing is evoked, as if one little thing would cause something to trigger
If a guy called aljanat comes and talks about how he was part of id software and then tells you that they fired him and shit, please....it’s a scam. Great vid, btw
"Once you beat the big badasses and clean out the moon base you're supposed to win, aren't you? Aren't you? Where's your fat reward and ticket home? What the hell is this? It's not supposed to end this way! It stinks like rotten meat, but looks like the lost Deimos base. Looks like you’re stuck on the shores of Hell. The only way out is through. To continue the Doom experience, play the shores of Hell and its amazing sequel, Inferno!"
Love your ambient videos (I do them myself too) but would it be possible that you upload this song as loud (volume wise) as you uploaded the others? For example this newest video (Hell on Earth) is more louder than this Exultia ambience-video ua-cam.com/video/pNxneaHtStM/v-deo.html And if you do an extended version of Exultia, could it be like 10 minutes long? That would be perfect at least for me. Thank you! ps. I am not sure but if I remember correctly there is an different ambient song in Exultia vs the part of Exultia when you go to Hell. That would be a song that no other has, at least what I've found out.
You see, that video is the most popular one on my channel, so I don't want to take it down. But I can still upload an extended version of this one. Also, this song is the one that is played in both exultia and hell parts, you just have to wait long enough for it to play.
Those distant trumpets sound soo apocalyptic i love them
@@@MickGordon Awesome work all around good sir, can't wait till the album drops!

@@MickGordon Maaaan we don't deserve Mick. Loving every piece of work you've done. This reminds me a lot of the moody tunes in wolfenstein.
Our God has spoken
I was looking for this one.
Even the quiet ambience in this game is full of rage.
That wolf in the background's just like 'Why is he staring at these statues for so long'
he is just standing there menacingly
yup this is the victory music from the first doom. Really nostalgic.
just chearched it ur right lol

it gives it a "hey dude, you are fighting hell.. remember?" vibe
I love the Victory Music reference from the first game. This deserves Game of The Year no questions asked.
And there are more references everywhere
It'll have to fight with Cyberpunk for the overall category, but it definitely wins FPS of the year quite easily.

My feelings exactly. Running around Taras Nabad I almost didnt want to finish because this track is just so good
The note it hits is just so perfect. It is very satisfying
This song is included as "The Betrayer."
@@Simlan12345 The only track list that includes it is the game-rip version here on youtube, wasn't aware at the time of posting.
Exactly my situation. Listened through entire OST, but didn't find this one.
When I heard this when playing, I was lost for words, that beginning was too nostalgic and powerful

"all rights go to Mick Gordon" See Bethesda this one gets it!
Thats not how it works unfortunately.
One of my favorite tracks in the game. So atmospheric. Fits the Doomguy and Doom so well. The parts like 0:45 are my favorite.
0:48 thanks I've been looking for this!

0:50 I f*cking love this part, it gives me such a sensation of scale, as if i'm walking next to a giant canyon or something :O
The quiet and loud guitars go so well together
"Hear me slayer.."
"...then his soul will be at peace..."
"...and so will mine."

I tried too, but I failed. The closest I got to hear this was from "Betrayer".
ngl, when i first heard the random scream i got a little scared 😂
The first time I heard the chant in this game it scared the shit out of me.
Fun facts: This is played with human bone , or a flute made out of human bone known as kangling it comes from Aisa
This song is a reference to all the texts that happened after you kill bosses is in the original DOOM
I like the feeling of desolation it conveys.
I need a 1hour version of this!!!!
Borderlands 2 vibes at the start lol. Idk why I imagine roaming around the dust when I hear that.
I wish we all can go back to the old days of doom
0:01 to 0:50 :- Very Similar to "Sign Of Evil" from Doom E1M8
No, this is the victory/intermission music. Check "Sentinel Prime ambient" that's E1M8.
