I am Kila Noa from Papua New Guinea and I have been a die hard Penrith Panthers supporter since 1987 when they wore the white aknd brown jersey. It's been how many decades I am Proud to be a Black, Pink Panther for life. Congratulations and well done guys. Four in a row. Wow.🙏👍❤️❤️❤️
been watching the Panthers for a few years now from Scotland and will make the journey hopefully sooner than later to see them play , well done lads truly deserved
@@bennidamole3703 Absolutely. I'm a roosters supporter but this is the greatest team in rugby league history. The franchise dynasty will never be repeated. Can't compare them to the 60s, 70s 80s or 90s teams either because they had no salary cap and had their records were easier to achieve with all the best players on one team like St. George or the Eels .
I think the Penrith Panthers will win five straight. They bought some good players, plus their own pathways. Penrith are a huge chance for five straight.
Yeah given they can. The scary thing is they will all be at their prime next year. They have been dominant for so long that we forget that most of them are under 30
Not a Panthers fan but I admire the their youth progression plans and other teams will probably do the same . That might lessen their dominance a bit; Congrats on their GF win
@@redraspberryco8058 This wasn't an overnight success. It took them years to develop their Juniors like Cleary, Martin, Luai,..etc Now their system is in full gear and they are reaping the rewards
Crazy that you think big sexy will be dropped for Papalii. Sorenson is one of those guys who everyone loves. It will be up to Papalii to dislodge him from that position and will be used as a rotation until he proves he’s good enough to force Sorensen out of the starting lineup.
1. Dylan Edwards 2. Jessy Mclean 3. Izack Tago 4. Paul Alamoti 5. Brian To'o 6. Blaize Talagi 7. Isaiah Yeo 14. Daine Lauri 15. Liam Henry 16. Lindy Smith 17. Luke Garner 18. Casey Mclean
Wasn't paul alamoti only on a 1 year deal i don't think they have extended him for next year so i think either of the mclean brothers will replace him and i do hope jack cole does get the number 6
Correct. But after his performance in the grand final, they'll be forced to keep him. Alamoti knows he has a chance of making rep footy playing for the panthers so in my opinion he'll take a pay cut if he has to to remain with the panthers until he plays rep footy like Origin or win another championship. That way it'll also increase his market value in the future
True. I remember back in 2015 when he started it. 9 years later and they are unstoppable. Considering how the bulldogs are doing so far this this season, They might have their own dynasty too if they can only find and develop Cleary type player.
They rarely pay big money for players. They develop their talent. Players take pay cuts to join teams like Panthers and the roosters because of Origin opportunities and the chance to be part of a winning culture
Blaze will start at the 6 and Casey or Jessie McLean will take the wing spot possibly Asu. Lindsay smith will start at 10 bring Liam Henry off the bench with the likes of Luke Garner and Luron Peta. Dane Laurie will be the utility or Brad
It's the system and not just one player.that is what impresses me more about the panthers. They may win 2 or 3 more because no other team in the NRL are on their level. Panthers are the only team not worried about the salary cap to stay relevant
Yeah definitely. Think he'll eventually move into the halves but in the meantime time he'll most likely start at wing 💯 what do you reckon, can this team go back to the grand final?
@@dailydoseofrugbyleague i'say it depends on testing both talagi and coles play making skills at five-eighth because its gonna be a big role at five-eighth without luai
@@ChaoticRex56425 Yeah massive hole left by Luai. But the thing about the panthers is its just never about one man which is why I believe they'll be back there next year. Incredible what the club has done
@@dailydoseofrugbyleague indeed it's going to be almost like their b team next year against the other teams btw have there been any sea eagles' signings for 2025, because i heard Tevaga is joining them
After that grand final Performance by Alamaloti, he'll be the first choice centre. But Casey is a gun player . Eventually he'll start start some games and eventually own that jumper
Laurie definitely won't be wing. He struggled when they dropped Turuva for him in the reg season. Wing will likely be one of the McCleans or Alamoti (I hope Alamoti stays in the centres, which is likely). Laurie either plays as a utility or 6 (the latter is doubtful given the signing of Talagi). My preference though would be for Alamoti to partner one of the Maclean's in the centres, the other at wing and move Tago to the bench utility. My view is whilst Tago had a great grand final he was way too much of a defensive liability in the centres during majority of the year; however it's doubtful this will happen
I predict they'll win it again. I had my doubts this season but after seeing the way they play in gf, it's more than just a one or two person team, it's systematic.
