- Mt Seymour on the North Shore has some really great downhill and freeride trails, I really wanted to show Seth some of the great trails here!
We ride John Dear, Boogieman, CBC, Empress, Salvation, my favourite features are the wooden bridges and the awesome rock work that exists, especially on CBC!

I remember this back in the early 2000's. Man has it changed a lot! Me and my old 8'ball didn't handle it as nicely as you guys did though. North Shore Gnar!

Mark Jones most of it was built out of necessity. Because of all the rain there’s no real way to build on the ground In many areas there.

Funnily enough I get the same feeling of "neeeed mooore teeech" from my 160/150 bike. More so than when I had a DH, but it's that feeling of the bike really being in it's element (it's a Knolly Warden, it was born for this stuff) on the north shore that can't really be beat by any flow or jump trails
This trail is so sick I have watched this video like 3 times now. I need to win the lottery and come up there and ride these trails. It would be the best place for me to really see what my Rocky Mountain Flatline can really do.
