saw ur message in oda's live and no you cant do anything there. unavoidable death. he hit a 108 on the same tick so only way u live is if u had 109 hp or more at the time of his dart but then u wopuld need to triple eat his elder and he can still max hit kill you if he hits max dmg. So TDLR not ur fault
