F.U.U.C.K Will. As a Vietnamese person, I feel disheartened by the video title. Durian is cherished in our culture, and calling it "garbage" seems disrespectful. It's important to approach other cultures and their culinary traditions with an open mind and respect the significance they hold. I hope future content can highlight the diversity and richness of the world's foods more thoughtfully.
@@saneleroy8462 I didn't call it garbage, I said others in the past say it SMELLS like garbage. For me it wasn't terrible but it wasn't great. To me it was just average.
@J.PaulLucas can't teach an old dog new tricks. It's more of a mental thing for me than a taste. I actually have tried a lot of things (non meat foods) since starting to travel in USA. But there's some stuff I just can't do.
@@stekner241083 that one didn't smell as bad. But I have smelled some that was much stronger. But overall the taste wasn't as bad or as good as what people told me.
OMG Will who are you?? eating Durian, wow! 😂 Well done! Just need to work on ur veggies now 😉

I love durian, though i dont eat it often
I could honestly say it wasn't as BAD as people told me. But it wasn't as GOOD as what some people told me also.
Durian also has the same amount of good fats just like avacado which is rare in fruits.
@@DevineOne supposedly it some compounds similar to garlic too.

It wasn't as bad as people said but it wasn't that great either.
it was so much fun!
Durian is rich in sulfur rich compounds which gives it the smell. This is great for liver detox.
Did I know that.
