Hi, KK. I found the formula for calculating the average trade amount in my Excel file is different than your demo. it shows" =GETPIVOTDATA("[Measures].[Total Amount]",G4,"[Table1].[Customer Name]","[Table1].[Customer Name].&[James]","[Table1].[Trade Type]","[Table1].[Trade Type].&[Big Trade]")/GETPIVOTDATA("[Measures].[Count of Transaction]",G13,"[Table1].[Customer Name]","[Table1].[Customer Name].&[James]","[Table1].[Trade Type]","[Table1].[Trade Type].&[Big Trade]") " please advise what is the reason and how to fix it. thanks!
I might suggest to follow my steps to generate the two pivot tables. Then, see what results are.
