Hi Steven, 1. Make sure that your date column in the source data is recognized as a date type. If the dates are stored as text, Excel might not be able to group them correctly. 2. The date column in your source data, you may change the format from 25/07/2024 to 25 Jul 2024 by custom format. 3. If point 2 does not work, the date column is text that causes the problem you encountered.

只要你將日期(date) 擺放在Pivot table Row 位置, 年度,季度, 月份 是會自動產生出嚟, 只要按影片操作就可以.
