What are the best artifacts for weapon dps? Does the Transformation card still balance out at higher levels if your damage is primarily weapon-based w/weapon expert?
Most prec players I have seen run Trans, Strat, and Grim. Pretty much the Crits and Procs from Trans and Strat outweigh any any bonus you could get from the other artifacts.
Is why you should never level artifacts until you are 100% certain that you will be said role for the rest of your dcuo life lol, is like with me I know for certain I'll be healer til dcuo shuts down is why I dont mind spending a little here and there to level artifacts for healing trying to get them to 200, all 3 if mine are 160, 162 and 175 atm. This is on top of 532sp and 328cr lol
So wait can i like play without putting a single point into the weapon skills so i dont have to do the annoying combos? Its the main reason iv hated playing the game since dcuo came out and have never gotten past level 18
If you are only going to use powers you will use the superpower playstyle. You get a bump to power over time. You also may want to work on leveling up a Cyborg Ally for the power back passive and the more Skill points you can put into power and might will help too.

Let me ask a newbie question: when you run two Damager loadouts (single and AOE) using armouries, do you save the single loadout for a boss?
That depends on the boss fight. If the fight is mainly the boss then yes use the single but if there are a lot of ads you need to use the AOE.

How do you join raids I want to play with other people but I’m like level 25
You just need to get to level 30 then you can use the Omnibus quick play to jump into several missions.
How do you gain power back if you’re using just superpowers? Don’t you have to use your weapon to gain power back?

You have to run the Elite versions of the raid and alert.
