My absolute favourite asmr trigger is when you point and trace on the reading charts or any kind of chart for that matter, it’s unmatched relaxation!!!

So glad to have an extended video of your unintelligible whispers! I've got alot on my mind that I'm struggling with and I havent been getting enough sleep. This has helped me relax alot but my body won't let me fall back asleep. Hopefully I can fall asleep to it tonight like I want to 🥰 Edit: last night I was tired but not tired enough to fall asleep on my own so I went to the gym. Spent about an hour in the gym and when I got out i was sore and tired so thought I'd be able to fall asleep. Nope, ended up staying awake another half hour. I decided to give thos video another shot and boom, asleep within 40 seconds.
( i put shuffle on uploads playlist ) dang this is certainly better than breaking bad srp asmr walts ginature items and yada yada, i think, i was asleep during that. i think, may have just daydreamed
