I could pick out the British Electric Folk influence, ( Fairport Convention, Sandy Denny, Linda Thompson, etc) right off, but the guitar sound maybe Crazy Horse meets The Acid Mothers Temple. Great Stuff!!!
This music reminds me to listen to the Fairport Convention songs Who knows where the time goes, One Sure Thing, A Sailors Life. But I just bought this on vinyl instead.
The way that high note she sings melts into that break down is so beautifully done. Good music, this. I found this track on a mojo magazine compilation cd from 2016. 'NOt to be sold separately' it says. I paid 99p for it knowing that both I and the seller were facing life in prison should we be caught. I'm bloody glad I did though as I found this band, Cate Le Bon, Black Mountain, and other gems on there.
+longshotkdb I probably sound like a righteous idiot lol. When I pulled this song up, I immediately thought it sounded like something I'd heard before, and I concluded that it was "Wish You Were Here" I was thinking of.
It's like trekking up and up the greenest hills, getting to the top, and swan diving into the void below. Heavy.
Absolutely beautiful...... The guitarist makes his guitar sound like he is murdering it.....
just found this by acident, loved the song!
Loving this, especially when it really kicks it up!
Haunting, psychedelic, surreal - absolutely amazing!

обоже наконецто пришел спаситель моей галлюцинации о собственном сумасшествии
The intro sounds shockingly similar to "Wish You Were Here"

+longshotkdb Listen to the first 30 seconds of "Wish You Were Here" and then listen to the first 30 seconds of this song.

I immediately got a CSNY/ Neil Young vibe right off the strum. Wow, is this Aimee Mann singing?
"Down by the river". :D
Fluffy Jaine I was thinking a little more "Old Man".
Fluffy Jaine shoot I was thinking CCR Down by the River.
