I’ve been using this preamp for acoustic guitar and acoustic violin. It’s a simple and smart set up, and is truly all you need for most gigs.
As with anything he demos on this channel, Mike Herman sounds great through it.

I don’t think it sounds particularly amazing or anything, but it has a 10M ohm impedance which is always good for acoustic instruments. The playing though is always phenomenal.
