- Sunday Reset - The day I set aside to get prepared for the busy week as full time working mum with 3 kids.
This weeks dinner meal plan:
Sweet Potato BBQ Pizza
Lasagna Soup
Creamy Harissa and Chorizo tortellini
Butterflied Greek Roast Chicken with Salad and Roast Potatoes
Greek Chicken bowls with left over chicken
Left overs
Air Fryer Tandoori Chicken with rice and side salad
Breakfast for work:
Chocolate and Raspberry Baked Pancakes
Lunch for work:
Nandos Chicken and Halloumi Rice Bake
Snacks:
Raspberry Jelly for the Kids
Raspberry and Vanilla Protein Panna Cotta
Whole Orange Cake.
Budget Breakdown:

Oh, that was me adding chocolate chips to my whole orange cake too. I used a different recipe (no boiling my 1 orange) but the cake was 👌🏻.
You could add melted chocolate or swap some flour out for cocoa powder too

I’m loving these ideas and prep, I’m out of the house from 7:30am-6:30pm mon-thurs so cooking is the last thing I want to do after working. Even for a DINK for the preparation of kids in the future ❤

This was the first video of yours I saw - YT recommended. That was a few hours ago and throughout the day I have watched the rest. We prep very much the same even though it is just me. I really like you philosophy of organization and time management and I have already picked up a few tips. Keep up the great work, appreciate the longer content!
This was the most realistic sunday reset so far! Good to see you back in your element again! I live in an apartment with a small kitchen, I've been avoiding batch cooking because I would definitely be overwhelmed by the lack of space but your resets give me tonnes of ideas. A quick question - does the orange cake have bitter notes from leaving the peel in? And yes absolutely sold on the sheet pancake, definitely making it 😁

I've been making whole orange cake for years now too. You can get away with not cooking the orange. Also works well with lemons, or my fave is to do one lemon and one orange. Poppyseeds are a great addition too.
