blink-182 recording their cover of "Another Girl, Another Planet" (originally by the Only Ones) at Larrabee Sound Studios in North Hollywood, California, c. November 2004. This was their last studio session before their 2005 breakup. These clips taken from Meet the Barkers S01E07 "Thanksgiving".

Definitely he wanted to leave at this point, this was recorded on late 2004 so they no longer got along, also Tom didn’t like all the cameras and press for Travis show.

Studio time is very expensive. They were on a schedule with limited time and were on a budget.
Tom didn’t want to be on a reality show being filmed especially while recording. Camera crew etc takes up room time and it’s awkward and difficult to be creative, record music, think with a bunch of strangers with cameras and lights filming your every move.
Also, blink 182 are huge pot heads. They always got high as fuck mix in wine everyday and all day recording but they couldn’t hear.
